Great location for Ascot races. Pubs & restaurants in walking distance. Great staff however the room could do with an upgrade as a little tired. The double bed wasn't great but ok for 1 night. I'd definitely use again.

Very polite and professional staff. Rooms very antiquated but nice enough for the money. Breakfast is cereal/toast with slices of cheese and ham but sold as a continental.

Friendly reception neat, very clean, en suite room, bed very comfortable, room key and front door key enabled us to come and go as we pleased Just what we required for an overnight stay

Check in simple. Room average. No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, so bring your own. Tea and coffee but no biscuits or snacks. Room small. Expensive for what you actually get.

Had a very warm welcome. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as I felt very safe being a lone female. Thanks Sandy and Philip see you again soon

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and of a good size. However, the sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable and the bathroom did not have room to keep your toothbrush or clothes. The rooms don't have internal phones but you are provided with a phone number if you require assistance. The hotel is not far from the local attractions which makes it ideally situated.

Feeling like home! It was just one night but the host was so kind and the venue is perfect if you want to feel well threaded. I did late check out with no extra charge, delicious continental breakfast was served.

Our whole experience dealing with the hotel was excellent. Lady in reception was helpful and friendly. Our room, basic, clean and comfortable. We didn't stop for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if going to Ascot races again.

The service was very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were clean well stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, water and chocolate. Great on site parking and shops are nearby. I would highly recommend this excellent, family run hotel.
