No assistance with heavy luggage as no lift and nowhere to relax for residences after 10pm Staff were pleasant.

Don't go for the budget rooms. paint peeling off the walls. Furniture has no handles. But the room was warm in February

What a delightful place. Stayed here while working over and I have to say the front of house, bar and sinning area is decorated fabulously. The food waa great, although I only ever ordered the burger and chips but why change when it's that good. They have an amazing court yard, to sit outside, surprised it wasn't packed every day. Check photo Staff were super friendly and had a bit of playful fun about them. I'm back working this way next month and I know I'll be staying here again.

Perfect stay. Rooms beautifully decorated and of an high standard. Had a lovely reasonably priced meal in restaurant. Lovely breakfast. Perfect friendly hosts with good customer service

Room very nice staff friendly and everywhere seemed spotlessly clean. On the negative side no restaurant (although advertised) told there were plenty of places to eat in the town centre. No cereals available at breakfast, packs of butter placed on top of hot toast by the time it was served at your table butter was in liquid form.

Disappointing, Advise against booking a basic room. Calling our room basic is to complement it. Paint and plaster peeling off the walls. The beds were the most uncomfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. The hotel is under new ownership and is being refurbished and the refurbished rooms may well be very nice.

Thanks for your excellent service. Also the bed was super comfy, Slept like a baby. Rooms are refurbished and looks so much better than the pictures. ( not sure if the pictures were updated on the website). But it looks much better in real. Also, it was amazing to wake up to the view of pond. Loved how they were considerate about providing tv services.

It was nice catching up with Netflix shows after a long day at work. Lady in the reception was friendly and was willing to go extra mile to provided every necessities. Hotel needs more recognition that it already does!
