The Prestbury House

My Dad spent a year in this very clean and comfortable care home until his death. The staff were very caring and some became firm friends to both Dad & the family, they made Dad feel special, as witnessed at the end of his life.

My father in law was a resident here a year ago before sadly passing away. At the time the home was going through a difficult time, some disorganisation and it felt quite unsettled. This did put me off when we were looking for a care home for my mother in law a few months ago, but what a change a year can make. Lovely welcoming staff from the moment you walk through the door, everyone is so warm and friendly, makes a big difference when you put your trust in people to care for your loved ones, you get the sense of a well organised home.

The staff are so hard working and nothing is too much trouble, it is obvious there have been some changes which is what was needed. I would recommend prestbury care home to anyone looking for a care home for their loved one well done everyone.

My mother in law attended a commonwealth event at Prestbury House. She was impressed by the level of care, the friendliness of staff and how happy the residents were. She was made to feel welcome and noticed how clean the home was without the odor that you can find with some places. Both staff and residents made her feel very welcome and she was impressed by both the size and quality of the public areas and the hotel feel of the home.
