Really clean and comfortable room which was spacious with all amenities you could need. We received a warm welcome from friendly female host and were cooked a lovely breakfast in the morning included in the price. Great value and would stay again.

We ride a large tandem bicycle. On our arrival Peter was amazing, he gave us a safe place indoors to park the bike and even took our luggage up to the room! The room was clean and neat with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious.

Disguted with the unwelcoming attitude of the female host. We complained the room was cold and draughty due to gaps in the windows and she told us the heating is off between 10pm and 6am. She gave us an extra blanket.whilst the room was clean it was dated, no heater in bathroom so it was cold in there too. Never spoke to us otherthan a sarcastic remark about the windows and to ask what wewanted for breakfast. Stayed 2 nights didn't want to stay 2nd night but due to the over priced payment we had made we did not want to losr our money.

Breakfast was cheap n cheerful it was a very clean llace.no heating in hallways too.never got asked how our stay was or told we hope to see you again. My husband asked for an extra slice of toast and was answered with a frosty ok. This was a mini honeymoon stay and I have to say it was ruined by the poor room temperature and frosty female host. Felt very unwelcomed.whoever gave the place 2 stars needs to re think that one because I would not have given it 1 star! Never again would we visit the place I could not wait to get home.

Recently had a two night stay, clean, friendly place, large room two double and a single bed, lots of tea, coffee and milk, the bathroom was clean but needed upgrading the sink had a small crack in it, the shower water pressure was poor and the shower head was to low with no shower curtain. Ideally the bath needed turning around The beds were pretty comfy although one bed had two bedside tables the other had none making it awkward for anywhere for tea/phone etc.

The room could have done with blackout curtains We had a breakfast promptly delivered to the room 1x egg, 1x sausage, 2x bacon and 4x pieces of toast all cooked ok, they could have put 1 x piece of toast and added some beans, it was nice but a bit small but was included in the price I couldn't decide between 3 or 4 stars but for this b&b / hotel because parking was slim and if this was a full size hotel it would have been 3, doors I believe close @ 10.30 but as this was more like a b&b I felt 4 as I wouldn't have any problem staying again.

For a B&B, the standard is excellent. Rooms are spacious. Some are more than spacious. (We were a group of 25 people and occupied 10 of the 14 rooms). Above all, staff is exceptional. They gave us a warm welcome and service that nobody probably would. Thank you.

Booked this through Booking.com and had no idea what to expect. When I arrived I took a little while to figure out where to park and if I'm being honest, the outside looks a bit tired. Walking through the door showed the inside was a different kettle of fish. Clean, tidy, well kept. Friendly staff and a great room. Nice shower and very clean throughout. Good breakfast too. I'll be using this place again when the time comes and there is vacancies. Thanks for a great stay.
