Lovely place to stay, staff friendly and polite, breakfast excellent, very close to chester town centre, only fall back is a very busy and noisy main rd so traffic on rd very noisy, but great value for money and the owner ray is really nice.

Nice hotel, staff very friendly, and they had a fridge and microwave in the room, this was good for me as I am diabetic and need to keep my insulin cool, just five minutes up the road are all the different restaurant

Stayed four nights. Comfortable rooms, hotel very clean and tidy, pleasant staff and really good breakfasts. 10 to 15 minute walk into Chester. Would stay again without any doubt. Bus stop just outside hotel if you want to go to Liverpool.

Good location, large car park. We had the 2nd floor room which had steep stairs and limited headroom. Luckily I'm only 5'2! We had to search to find a socket to plug the kettle in, we ran out of milk and sugar and the breakfast was in the room in separate boxes due to covid. All in all it was ok and the beds were clean and comfy.

I booked this solely on the reviews from booking.com, if you're after a cheap room then it'll do the job, we were in the rooms out the back courtyard area and they were noisy and you can hear next door, the facilities were budget (but you're booking a budget room) and the Dove Wash certainly isn't Dove but as I said its a budget place and it served our needs, the staff are very friendly and helpful and I would suggest maybe a faster breakfast as we waited 20 mins for ours. Would I return? Probably but I would try other places first.

Lovely staff, nice breakfast, but the bedroom was awful. Literally could not swing a cat, the only place to put the towels was on the floor, wardrobe was 75% taken up with an immersion tank and the 1970's shower sounded like a diesel truck mating with a tractor. The walls were so thin I could listen to the phone conversations of the room next door

Lovely little B&B just a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Room was clean and functional and the breakfast delicious. We had a twin room that was a good size and yet still cosy. No complaints at all.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chester court. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place is very traditional and in keep with the town. It's in a good location. The breakfast is also outstanding. Very recommendable.

Very clean tidy room. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good. Nice walk into Chester city centre takes about 20 minutes or if you prefer you can catch a bus just out side the hotel

Situated fairly close to town centre the hotel provided a good Base from which to explore. There is plenty of parking at the hotel. The hotel rooms though a little dated were of a good size and well decorated. The bathroom was well equiped and there were plenty of clean towels. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was well cooked and plentiful.
