Very well situated in Falmouth, breakfast was filling, but sadly not such a great view from our room (we booked a double, got room 3), you cant always get good views. Staff were great, helped when we had a hiccup in the morning with a leak.

Nice and friendly hotel with good location for the town, seafront and railway station. Friendly staff with a good breakfast. Room was nice too with a very comfortable and soft bed.

I have stayed at the Lerryn on two occasions and have found it well priced, friendly, beautifully maintained and up to the minute decor with very comfortable functional rooms.lovely place near the beach.

Stayed in this wonderful B&B down in Falmouth a few days back. The Lerryn was a 5 out of 5 for location, for hospitality, beautiful rooms and I will 100% be joining them on my next trip down. Lovely views, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station, less than 15 minutes walk to the Quay and surrounding restaurants/bars. Plus, the team are super accommodating. They also operate a self-service 'honesty bar' where you just make sure to write down what you owe. Lovely stuff x

Lovely place, lovely staff, only tiny tiny moan was the size of the room. I was in a deluxe double. I think the bed was a little too large for the size of the room and the toilet was so close to the shower cubicle that you had to sit side saddle. The parking area was limited but you can park around without much trouble. Not sure what that will be like in peak season.

Also I was in a van with tools and equipment in the back. Street parking day after day is asking for someone to rob your gear. Other than that the hotel was absolutely perfect.

Stayed at Lerryn for the last 5 years. Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Our room this stay wasn't as nice as previous visits. En suite far too small. But we will continue to stay here when visiting Falmouth.

I had a really nice experience on the days I stayed here. The hotel is well located to all amenities (beach, station, Tesco, high st.) The room was nice and clean, breakfast was delivered to my room each morning to comply with social distancing rules. The staff were very friendly and I was given a free upgrade to a seaview room. My time there was really peaceful, as the hotel was very quiet. Overall, I highly recommend.
