My boyfriend and I have been coming to this resort since it's opening. Each time we decide where we want to stay when we visit Disney World immediately this property comes to mind. Although one of the pricier locations to stay it's 100% worth it in our eyes. They offer all of the early entry and late night park availability to guests staying on Disney property.
Some of the best restaurants are located at this resort. On your days off for midday breaks the lazy river and the adult pool are two of our favorite spots to hit. The service coming from the bar to our lounge chairs is second to none. They go so far as to jot down notes from your previous orders and make sure they include them in the each additional order.
I requested room service and a bottle of Pellegrino with orange slices and my drink the next day at the pool came with an orange slice. They noted that as my preference and I was extremely grateful. This resort cleans your room each day unlike most Disney resorts on property. It also includes room service which is important for breakfast on day of checkout. One of our favorite places to stay! We will continue coming here based on the white glove service that we receive each and every time we stay.

We went here to meet our friends for a drink and I must say it is a beautiful place. I was happy to be able to sit and to people watch and to look outside. I will have to come back so I can really see everything up close! I know they are building a pool closer to the front which I'm sure will be great. If you park in the garage, make sure to get it validated by the hostess (Obviously you can do this easily because if you are eating or staying there, it gets done). The outside of the building is a bit like a dorm so that was not appealing to me. Hence the 4 stars.

I recently spent a week in Orlando, FL and decided to do the whole Disney World thing as an adult. This is a beautiful hotel, and is very safe and secure. The staff is very accommodating, friendly, and eager to help. From the moment you walk in everything is in pristine condition. At night you can go up to the 17th floor Capa restaurant and stand outside on the balcony and see all the fireworks from Disney, the place is surrounded by Disney and it's a great view to see the fireworks from.
The reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a few reasons: 1) It is very expensive. I usually judge a hotel by a few things but being the price for this hotel and the fact that it's just Orlando it seems outrageously high in comparison to other four seasons in true destination locations. It also seems like they try to extract every last penny from you for every little thing. 2) There are quite a few kids running in the lobby (it is Disney world after all) but for being the hotel it is I would expect it to not happen as often as I saw it happen.
Would I stay here again? Probably. If I decided to come back to Orlando for some reason - but I don't exactly see myself coming to this specific hotel anytime soon. I do like the four seasons brand overall however this hotel specifically just wasn't "doing it" for me.

I have found the best deal for a gym. Yes, the starting and monthly fees are Pricey, but it is strongly worth it. They keep this gym to par and I 'am never inconvenienced plus there are always available machines. Jacob Miller is a great personal trainer, and their spa staff is very polite. After 13 years I finally have a facility, I look forward to going! thanks Four Seasons!

We were moved rather disappointingly from the Restaurant to Wild Carrot Bar BUT as it happened we were so pleased. There was a corporate function and whilst the place had a very happy upbeat buzz my husband and I just wanted to celebrate his birthday quietly. The staff were exemplary and Anthony in particular was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and professional. The staff had gone out of their way to make sure that my husband had a wonderful birthday experience. Thank you all so much

This review is for Joslyn! I was there recently for a conference and we unfortunately had to evacuate due to a fire. I was stressing because I thought I was going to miss my flight. Joslyn went above and beyond to help problem solve and I ended up making my flight. I so appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. What incredible customer service. Thank you, Joslyn

Such a wonderful experience for my first time ever visiting a spa! I absolutely loved the relaxation room prior to my prenatal massage, the hot tea setup and dimmed lights of the room was so nice to really shut off my mind for my personal time. My massage was amazing, loved the blend of oils used! I added on the beach stay package which was a great addition and well worth the additional cost to enjoy my visit to the resort.
The beach side staff was very attentive, the offering of sunblock was a nice to have because I completely forgot my own! Lunch was plated perfect for being beachside and the chicken blt is highly recommended! The showers in the spa are an absolute must! The eucalyptus spray for aromatherapy was the perfect touch.

Afternoon Tea as part of my wife's 40th Birthday. Absolutely perfect from the arrival to the finish and the goodbyes. Very tasty, beautifully presented in such comfortable surroundings. I booked this in October and the finishing touch was the chocolates brought out for her birthday with no reminder. Awesome and thank you

Amazing Amazing experience. I stayed here for a week and every day felt as amazing as the first. From the second you are greeted by valet to the front desk until you get to your room! I usually stay at The Ritz Carlton this was my first time at a Four Seasons and I loved it! The bed was soooo comfy and the rooms are beautiful I even upgraded for a better view and high floor. I would definitely record this hotel if you're looking for amazing customer service and an amazing low key get away.

Incredibly disappointing! We tried booking a very large suite with a connecting room. when we had spoken on the phone, they informed us the booking was confirmed (and held in our name). when the email came with the pricing, it was missing the connecting room. a new person then stepped in and said to send details. when we called to confirm everything, they had gone ahead and given it to someone else without a care in the word and without prior warning. we had planned our 10 year anniversary here. when we asked what other options were available, they said nothing, and didn't even try to accommodate.
Normally this isn't cause for getting upset, but the manner in which it was handled, and because i hold 4seasons with such high regard, this just didn't sit right! I EXPECT MORE from you 4 seasons! Such a difference to the service we received at Cowarth Park and other lesser hotels.

We checked in today Our room is beautiful Headed to the spa Lovely but not worth the $ day by the pool after tried to get a waiter to bring us a drink and snack It took 40 min for someone to finally come over By then they weren't serving food Brought our drinks My Prosecco was not cold My husbands old fashion was in a dirty cup no ice and no orange peel The server said we are out of that so oh well you can just drink it that way He asked for ice That was 30 min ago still waiting So far we are not impressed

This resort is just fabulous. The decor is so stunning and great for photos. I know several couples who have gotten married there and enjoyed it to the fullest. I went for a charity event and everything was so classy and wonderful. The braised short ribs were absolutely delicious! So was the vanilla panna cotta. What a coincidence I was seated at the table number 22. #myluckynumber I'd love to go to more events there but you definitely need an invitation because most events are private.

Loved staying here! We stayed here for one night for my husbands birthday and child's birthday. We even considered extending our stay as it was amazing. The facilities are great, wonderful spa, but the most amazing staff makes a real difference here. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to a concierge who helped book everything for us pretty much last minute. Loved how child and dog-friendly hotel is.
They even had towels for muddy paws, colouring books for kids at the restaurant. The child loved pony riding and the kids swimming pool so much that didn't want to leave. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway in the countryside with luxurious comfort.

This is the best hotel in St Petersburg and most likely all of Russia. The property is stunning, service impeccable and restaurants all incredible. This is my second stay and I look forward to coming back for a third. Thank you specially to Richard, Anna and all the friendly staff at the front desk.

It was a nice stay, and I'll probably stay again. LIKES: - The bed was SO comfy - The deluxe king room is spacious with great views - Quiet and off the beaten path - Self parking was included in the spa package and there was ample parking available on the first floor; includes in and out privileges - The grounds are beautiful and quiet - The spa downstairs is amazing (ask for Trish for any massage service) - other than the reservation line, the rest of the hotel staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly - the bathroom was nice and big with a beautiful deep tub - plenty of seating in the interior of the room - floor to ceiling windows - wifi was easy to logon to and they don't make you signup for one of those silly services and enter all your details just to logon DISLIKES: - Housekeeping comes around at 8:45am.
I don't know about you, but I don't appreciate being awaken that early when on vacation or staycation. - The hotel does a piss poor job of communicating about the dining credit and spa credits that come with the upgrade package. I had to call down to the front desk to see if in-room dining was eligible. The guy that answered the phone had no clue and seemed irritated that I asked. So, I ordered anyway and figured I'd discuss at checkout if necessary.
The guy at the spa also clueless about how spa credits work. Very frustrating. Couldn't explain to me. - For $1300 a night, you'd think they'd include every conceivable item a guest might forget, but they don't. Tiny water bottles, no spare toothbrush, no lint rollers, essentially none of the incidentals guests might forget to pack are present in the room.
I would've appreciated that. It's not like those items would cost too much, right? People who spend $1300 a night don't typically open menial items like that unless then need them, so it's not like it'd be putting the hotel out of its way. They may have had them on request, but it's Covid and most people are trying to avoid unnecessary contact with others. That's unnecessary and avoidable contact. Anyway, that was a big ding for me. - Room service was slow. 1.5 hrs for a filet and asparagus on my first night.
The did better for lunch the next day - about 35/40 minutes. The gal, Karen, who works in in-room dining was super sweet and helpful, though. All and all, I would recommend this place for a cute staycation. It was worth it. Also, again, if you go to the Spa, ask for Trish for your massage - she is AMAZING AF.

I had a fabulous time at La Plancha, and the service was spectacular, the ambiance was fantastic for Sunday brunch. My only issue was that I ordered a breakfast and specified that I didn't want pork sausage because I do not eat pork. I confirmed with the server that I did not order the pork sausage, however I ended up receiving pork sausages anyway. I didn't want to create drama, so I basically left the whole plate full of sausage except for one bite lol. Otherwise a lovely experience.

This is a luxoruois resort that is soooo kid friendly! The rooms are clean, the staff is attentive and the amenities are so fun for the kids! There are cribs available upon request. There is a lazy river and a splash pad as well as other pools and even a water slide. The character breakfast at ravello is great. It's in Thursday's and Saturdays and you do need to book in advance. Kids under 2 eat free for breakfast and kids under 5 eat free for dinner at least at the ravello. You can see the Disney fireworks nightly as well. The grounds are beautiful as well. We went for a wedding and all the events were exquisite.

Since the pandemic, and the reopening of LA, I've noticed a huge drop in service and quality in many well known hotels. Understandably many places are understaffed, but the price point has not shifted for paying customers. I am happy to say Four seasons Westlake met all my expectations. My husband and I stayed here for his birthday, and the reception was professional, warm and everyone was wishing him a happy birthday.
The grounds are lovely, and we love strolling in the gardens. Pool service was en pointe, and I never wanted to leave. There was no inconsistencies. It was a fantastic experience all around, and our friends joined us for brunch the next morning. Skip the other hotels. Come here for peace and quiet. Thanks to all the staff.

Overall, my vacation got ruined and our engagement day became the worst day. First of all, we weren't informed about the turn-down service when checking in. Only informed about paid services such as Spa or breakfast. Since no one informed about the turn-down service of specific time, we weren't aware of someone could enter the room. Our privacy interrupted by a house keeper who entered the bedroom without knocking the whole room and the separate bedroom door.
She didn't make sure if someone is in the room. She just opened the bedroom door. And the house keeper happened to see us at very intimate moments and being naked. The housekeeper shouldn't enter the room unless it's clear that no one is in the room. It's a basic manner. It really ruined our night of engagement which only comes once in my life with my fiancee.
We both are traumatized. The hotel kept sending the same housekeeper to our room for room service and it was very uncomfortable to see her. We immediately claimed and reported the problem to the front desk. Here is the real issue. We were blamed by the front desk manager that it's our fault not turning on "Do not disturb sign". Instead of receiving a sincere apology, he escorted us to the restaurant we booked as if it's time for your dinner.
Later that night, we just received the champagne and fruits without getting a notice or any messages. We got a note by the assistant director at our last night on 25th. No one in person gave us an apology until the check out moment in person. They should've delegated the situation correctly at that night immediately on 24th. We've commented several concerns regarding public health and safety.
During pandemic, the door men didn't check the temperature correctly with a thermometer. I'm coming from South Korea where it's strictly followed by the safety protocols. We also complained to the front desk about the issue and nothing hadn't changed during our stay. Another issue was the housekeeper touched our personal belongings and disposed a Sisley eye cream.
When checking in, the front desk manager asked for my visa status, which never happened at any five star hotels. It's their job to do simple research about Korea is a visa free country for Russia. They simply could google before asking customers about visa as if it seemed like I'm illegally traveling the country. We understand the safety protocol and regulations. However, I've never faced such a poor hospitality from a five star hotel like four seasons.
I've never received an invoice at the end of checking out and the front desk workers weren't dare to ask about it. The assistant director came out to give an apology for the situation. We explained how much it ruined our special day, the day of engagement. Giving complaints was huge waste of my time while I should be truly enjoying my stay in St. Petersburg in Russia.
When I complained about the dirty bath tub and showed the pictures, then the assistant manager was offering free spas or restaurants in Moscow when we were about to leave. And I think this rude offer wouldn't do anything for not only our ruined the engagement day, but the whole trip to Russia to propose to my girlfriend. The four seasons should listen and be aware of aforementioned complaints.
In the end, my vacation got ruined and it really traumatized my fiancee and I. The hotel's way of dealing with the situation was horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit four seasons in St. Petersburg due to the poor hospitality.

Went out out of their way to accommodate a reservation when practically no seats were available. The views were great. Service also great. Some clumsy guests made a lot of noise, breaking some glass and staff quickly took care of it. Breakfast fare was good but pretty standard. Expected a little more imagination form such a highly acclaimed hotel but nothing to complain about.

My review is directed at the front desk staff. I went in this week to purchase a gift certificate and was very impressed. The staff is very polite and attentive. The valet and bell-hops meet you with a warm greeting. I have read some reviews here down-grading them since the property is not located in some tropical paradise? Well ya know what? It isn't, its in Westlake Village.
The property is very nice and many local folks will go there for a getaway weekend, nice dinner or a spa day. For many, it is a nice retreat. With family commitments: kids, school, practices; this is an easy getaway and won't break the bank. Definitely recommend if you are traveling here to see family or visit further up North: Ventura, Santa Barbara. It is a special place, enjoy.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was beautiful with incredible service. We stayed in the Waterfall view room, which was even more beautiful than anticipated. Everything we could have wanted or needed was flawless! The grounds are stunning, as is the indoor pool. My boyfriend went to the gym each day and also swam in the outdoor pool.
I was in town for a surgery and was beyond grateful to the kindness of the staff who helped with my wheelchair and were so sensitive and kind. The whole experience could not have been more comfortable and I am so glad we stayed here. Loved the entire experience.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and the amenities are second to none. The restaurants on-site are also delicious (in my previous reviews). The turn-down service was truly five star (pictured). The pool setup is also one of the best hotel pools I've been to. They have a lazy river, adult pool, 2 slides, and a family pool (I may honestly be missing one because the place is massive).
The service at the pool honestly was okay, but the food and cocktails were delicious! The grounds of the resort are extremely beautiful. They also have a Disney concierge on-site where you can make reservations and buy park tickets. For folks going into the park, they have a complementary shuttle service as well. I know The Four Seasons comes at a high price tag, but honestly you get what you pay for here. The experience was truly five star.

Four Seasons rarely disappoints but the SPA was incredible. Everything seemed new and untouched and the services were amazing. We had one 110 minute massage and 80 minute facial and every corner of the spa was amazing and relaxing. Lunch at the restaurant afterwards was perfect with a bottle of rose and a thunderstorm while we were covered by a great canopy with automatic shades that rolled down.
Not one drop in the restaurant. Yes, there are kids here but they are well-behaved. Or better said, take your kid to the Grand Floridian if they can't handle the Four Seasons! Really feels like you're in paradise if you find yourself in Orlando.

Four seasons Orlando is hands down my favourite Four Seasons I've ever stayed at, mainly due to all the little inconspicuous touches that definitely don't go unnoticed by me. From Minnie and Mickey hedges, the pool area (one day I swear I will be able to enjoy the adults only side!), the in room tablet that makes room service/housekeeping/tray removal etc a breeze, the exceptional quality of service and hospitality to the breakfast buffet it is truly a staycation here. We have tried our fair share of hotels in and around Disney and this is hands down the best.

This hotel is an awesome option in Orlando if you are looking for a 5-star hotel BUT given the lack of customer service, I would consider the Waldorf or the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek first. We had a great time at the pools, the restaurants and even the rooms. We paid over $850 to upgrade to a suite for my daughters 10th birthday. The last night we had an opportunity to stay at Disney for my daughters birthday and stay at extra night.
We tried talking to Hayden, the front desk manager, to see if there was anything he could do to extend our stay. Even with plenty of availability and even though we offered over $1500 to extend our stay, he refused. Very sad. Perhaps new employees. Next time, we are going to choose the Waldorf or the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek.

As always, this is an excellent chain and it carries over to each location. It's hard to give 5 stars since several things I've come to love and expect were not available during our stay. My absolute favorite thing about this hotel is 1. The luxurious bedding! OH MY GOODNESS! SERIOUSLY THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I've ever slept on 2. How quiet and serine the halls were. Definitely a place to relax and recharge. We'll definitely stay here again. We've been very fortunate to get good rates from hotels.com

I have to say, we enjoyed our time spent here. The details were beautiful. There were some minor critiques such as the cleaning of the soaking tub and other items in the room, but overall happy with our stay. Hotel staff maintained contact with us through the Four Seasons app answering many questions as well as taking orders for food in advance. We were welcomed with a welcome letter addressed to my S.O. and I, which was appreciated.
Everyone there treated us with respect and welcomed us. Very comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back. Also, we were booked for a waterfall view room, and barely got the view of the waterfall. Not the view we expected, but still nice due to the scenery beyond. We didn't really mind as we were only here for 1 night due to our work schedules.

I love this hotel chain. Probably the best in its class. So i went there. To enjoy my tea with desert and show my associate the high class of the hotel. So the staff was ok, not super knowlegable, but alright. There were dust in the bar and in the floor. Well honey cake was just awesaome, the FS style, whilenthe dom desert was stikl frozen. Maybe it should have been.
Tea was brewing process could not be interrupted. So I had to drink a bit of a bitter tea, not the way it should be. So all in all mybexperience was disappointed and definitely i fill. That i wasted my noney, although love to enjoy fs experience

The Four Seasons at Disney is in the middle of NOWHERE! We got lost 3 times trying to find it and by the time we got there it was half an hour late for dinner at Ravello. What a huge disappointment. The Four Seasons is supposed to be an elegant hotel, being a hotel designer architect myself, I did not find this hotel particularly impressive. For a hotel that charges $690 a night for a regular room, it has to be impressive.
The Four Seasons Toronto was impressive and the rooms were incredible. not this one. About Ravellos.the menu was substandard, the food was not that great but the price was.very expensive. That was the first and last time I go there.

We were a few people going for Afternoon tea. At first the service was good, we got what we ordered very quickly. But with a party of 7, and the quite hig price we thought at least we got a piece each but no. 7 people should share 3 salmon sandwiches. No offer on refill. And the worst part was that we couldn't get contact with the waiters. They were standing chatting with eachoter and ignoring us.
For 15-20 minutes we were sitting waiting, hungry, for more tea and sandwiches. Finally when we got contact I started asking about the scones (that was offered on the homepage menu) but no, there was a new menu so no scones (on afternoon tea?!) And, the price was not 2150 rubel, it was 2900 rubel. What a joke. So less food and higher price. The poor waitress was doing her best to excuse everything and running to the manager that clearly didn't wanna talk to us.
In the end we got "compensated" with one more tray and more tea and a big discount on the price. but still. so disappointed on the service and most of all, attitude of the manager. Thought this was a five star hotel but it was the our worst experience on our week in St Petersburg.

We ended up booking last minute and WHAT A GOOD CALL! The hotel, staff, and amenities have been amazing. During COVID, they are taking amazing precautions all while still creating a fabulous guest experience. We had a small issue with our room and the hotel staff (shout out to assistant manager Sam G!) got us into a new room and were overly apologetic.
We felt loved and seen. This hotel is one that is outside of our loyalty program for hotel networks (where we have top level accommodations and benefits), but we would stay here the next time we are in Orlando! Cannot wait to come back!

Everything you expect and more. The staff were phenomenal throughout our stay, from the door, to the desk to all of the dining options. In particular the team at breakfast looked after us so well during our stay. The room and facilities were pretty awesome too. Thank you, would happily recommend this team & hotel to anyone coming to St Petersburg.

If you are anything like me, you are asking yourself this very question.is it possible a hotel is worth this price for just one night? After finally just sucking it up and paying for it, I can without say absolutely it can. From the start, you can just tell there is something special about this hotel. Our family enjoyed two nights here, and before we even arrived, the service began.
I neglected to make restaurant reservations on site, and the day before I reached out owning up to my mistake. No worries, they figured out a way to get me in to each restaurant, and even modified my reservation when a better time slot came available. Upon arrival, you are greeted by valet parking staff. After that, you check-in, and the service just begins to shine.
Everyone is just genuinely happy you are here and go out of their way to ensure you are having the best experience possible. We head to the elevator, there is a person there to push the button of the floor you need. You get to your room, there are robes for all members of your party (including kids), and a snack waiting for you on the desk. The rooms as just amazing, massive, and modern.
The coffee maker, it is an espresso machine (which I must have had at least 10 in our 2 nights there). The real star of the service is the app. You have a request or just a question, just message them and you will get an immediate answer. Multiple times during my stay, this app just continually helped me have the absolute best experience. As for the amenities, the pool and lazy river are just phenomenal.
You are secluded no matter where you sit, and the staff are there to ensure you have an amazing experience. My son turned to me and said it was like they are there just to serve us and nobody else there, that is how amazing the experience really is. We had two nights of pure bliss here, and are looking to save $$ and come again at some point. The restaurants on property are just amazing, you can find tons of reviews for Capa and Ravello here on Yelp. Do yourself a favor, if it can be in your budget in some way, just take a night or two here as an ultra-premium vacation.

Me and my other half! This is The best hotel in Orlando by leaps and bounds. We booked and stayed for 3 days. We are coming back and this will be the new stay cation spot. This was my birthday weekend. The staff is absolutely the best ever! Customer service impeccable! I was worried it wouldn't be as good as other four seasons as its part of " Disney", however its not only good its better!
The pools alone! The restaurants - the enormous manicured grounds. The spa and on. plus, my dog was welcome! Shes offically a four seasons lover now. They brought her a bed, bowl and menu! Love love love this place! Thank you to all the incredible people working here that made my stay so memorable!

Great experience! They made us feel like the outside world and it's problems don't exist. There was minor construction by the pool and I wasn't thrilled with Capa. My steak was overdone and the leather seats were uncomfortable, much higher than the banquet. Ravello and Licketty Split were great. Loved the lazy river. Room was spacious and comfortable.
They have video game consoles available for the kids. Best amenity is: pets aren't charged and they provide doggie bed, bowls and a doggie food menu. Good resort in Orlando

Loved it! My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons after an event at the resort and we loved it. So much thought and attention went into every detail of the resort and it shows. Our room was amazing. It was very spacious, had great finishes and a huge balcony with a spectacular view. Our room had a wine dispenser.in case you get thirsty. At $16 a glass we didn't go overboard.
The linen was so soft and the bed was extra cozy. The bathroom might be my favorite. There was a large bathtub and a tv embedded in the bathroom mirror.you know, just in case you want to watch football during your bubble bath. The resort also features a 5-acre water park, golf course, tennis courts, fitness center and several restaurants and bars. The staff is very courteous and attentive to your needs.

Inside the gates of Walt Disney World Resort resides the upscale resort called the Four Seasons. The resort hotel is architecturally traditionally schemed with an upscale contemporary flair. The resort campus is landscaped & designed beautifully with two wonderful pool areas along with a lazy river. I was most impressed with the Sunday morning brunch which provided an Omelet station and a buffet that had anything one could imagine.
The rooms with the balconies had wonderful views of the entire resort along with the pool areas. They provide children activity's along with adult fun such as golf, spa, and wonderful dining options. One only needs to bring a credit card that has no limitation on spend and I promise anybody who ventures to stay at this luxury getaway that they will enjoy every moment.

My favourite four seasons hotel. Hotel is sensational. I had a gorgeous terrace room with a fantastic view of the city. Room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable and a large outside seating area. I dined 3 times a day in the restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was delicious and mouth watering. One morning they burnt my eggs and during the course of the stay between caviar, champagne, chocolates, pancakes, sweets, cakes etc they tried to express their apology.
Staff were very professional, very helpful and caring. I used the chauffeur service at all times. And staff even helped me when I was not in the hotel as I didn't speak Russian. It was just a fantastic stay. My favourite four seasons on this planet.

The guy in there was so rude. He took my coat to fix it and charged 12 and it broke. I took it back and he said he will have a go and call me and he didn't. I went to collect it and now I can't even wear it as it has no zip. NEVER GO THERE. Only went there because Penny's Fashions is closed for a while.
