All of our hotels are owned and operated by Lochs & Glens Holidays. Each hotel is unique and has a different character, but all six are located in stunning loch-side locations throughout the Scottish Highlands. We specialise in coaching holidays and our core aim is to provide high quality tours to suit you and your pocket.
A coach holiday is a stress free way of travelling but you must be able to walk up the few steps onto the coach. Walking frames, wheelchairs and mobility scooters are all welcome but please ensure you book them onto the coach before you travel. Our custom built Ardgartan and Loch Tummel Hotels are fully wheelchair accessible and are all on one level with full lift access.

We were so looking forward to our trip with Lochs and Glens holidays. It had been booked since the end of 2021 and we should have been there now at Loch Awe but the day before we went I tested positive for the virus. I phoned the customer service line and they were absolutely marvellous, no problem cancelling at such a late notice period and within 48 hrs I had my money refunded and within four days had new vouchers issued with an extended expiry date. This is absolutely the best customer service and I look forward to booking again soon.

We have just returned from our first holiday with Lochs and Glens to the Loch Tummel Hotel. The whole experience was brilliant. The staff, including the driver, and all the hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel manager, David, was very approachable and happy to speak to anyone visiting the hotel. A special mention for Charlie, what a brilliant character he is, he had everyone laughing and was always very cheerful. We could not fault this holiday and look forward to our next Lochs and Glens holiday in November.

Just returned from our first lochs and glens holiday. Friends of ours have been on several so we decided to give it a go. My husband uses a boot scooter and with the exception of travelling to and fro days it was stored in the boot fully assembled and Tony the driver used to have it ready and waiting by the time he got off the coach. Room was lovely and roomy.
My husband likes very basic food with only 4 veg that he likes no salad and there was only 1 day when he didn't have any veg. Only complaint it wasn't a l& g coach which was very cramped no magazine holder nor drinks tray

Excellent 5 days at the Highland Hotel, we returned on Sunday 20/3/22 and I cannot praise highly enough. Our drivers Sandra and Nail were brilliant and the itinerary was great, we really enjoyed the excursions. The hotel itself was great, very clean and our room 309 was big and the views over the Loch were lovely. Our meals were very good, plenty of choice I just cannot fault anything about our stay.
This was our first time with Lochs and Glens, we have gone with other companies in the past. I will only ever travel with these again, they are far superior in every aspect. Looking forward to our next break with this company.

5*all day long. Couldn't recommend highly enough, for the all inclusive holiday and coach trips. fantastic prices, travel, breakfast and dinner included, several stops a long the way, Beautiful hotel situated by the loch, excursions everyday great way to get around to see Scotland. Been several times now and a big thankyou to the staff they are always extremely friendly and helpful.

Just returned from Loch Awe Hotel which was really lovely.all the staff in the hotel were very professional and polite, working very hard throughout our stay. Have been on quite a few holidays with Lochs and Glens and have always had one of their drivers. However this year it was a Proctors driver and coach and while Bryan our main driver was an excellent driver and smart, as was the feeder driver, Steve, I can't say the same for our first feeder driver, Chris.
As the first contact with the company I was very disappointed. He was scruffy, not dressed appropriately and a very impatient driver. Certainly not what we would expect of a Lochs and Glens driver. Also from where we got on we have never had to go to Lincoln and Gainsborough to pick up which added a good couple of hours to our journey making it a very long 12 hours.
I appreciate since covid, some of the routes may have changed but it was a long day with mainly middle aged to elderly passengers who were very pleased to get to the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant few days with the weather only misbehaved on one day. Pity it was the day we went to Mull

Couldn't recommend them high enough! 5+ stars for me! Confident, capable drivers with a fab sense of humour pick you up from near your home.and then it's your turn to relax and enjoy the next few days! The hotels are exemplary and the food is gorgeous with plenty of choices. Fantastic day trips are organised and, of course, the scenery is utterly breathtaking! You get all this plus entertainment in the evenings! EXTREMELY good value! Been twice now with Lochs and Glens and am planning my third holiday already!
