Elegant and tranquil, our rooms at Knockendarroch are individually styled, each with its own features, views and original art on the walls. We have a rolling program of upgrades to bathrooms, bedroom decor, furniture and soft furnishings to ensure that hotel remains fresh and up to the high standards that are guest expect.
Our luxurious guest lounge at Knockendarroch is a wonderful place to spend a few hours at any time of the day. The stunning Highland Perthshire views and two roaring log fires make the lounge a particularly pleasant place to be and the wide selection of books will keep you entertained. Guests can also enjoy the same complimentary wi-fi that is available throughout the house.
You will always find the best deals by booking directly with Knockendarroch, either by phone or though our online booking engine. We always offer a discount for stays of two nights or more based on a dinner, bed and breakfast package. During the off-season we often offer a Midweek DBB Package which includes an additional discount for multiple night stays Sunday through Thursday.

Lovely hotel situated in the small town of Pitlochry. Spent 3 days in early May 2022 and have nothing but praise for the hotel. Beautifully appointed room with lovely view. Breakfast and dinners of a really high quality. Plenty of food choice and extensive wine list. Staff helpful and pleasant too. Highly recommended.

It's a lovely hotel, food was fantasic and the service staff were attentive. It would have been 5* if we hadn't had a bizarre booking experience. We called to see if we could amend a booking, we were told no, we called back an hour later with another suggestion and were told we hadn't called in the first place?!? Strange!

If you want to tick all the boxes then this hotel does all of that, The food is truly amazing, the service and the attention to detail from the staff during our stay was without a doubt faultless. Rooms are spotless with stunning views of some of the best scenery in Pitlochry. A big thank you to Louise and her team for making our weekend so special.we look forward to a return visit soon.

Service from all staff was excellent. We were made welcome, nothing was too much bother for the staff. The food is amazing, which is very important to us. We would like a special mention for the Chef and his team who consistently produced such lovely dishes. Thank you. We have stayed in many 5star hotels, Knockendarroch is as good if not better. No you don't get the frills and fancies, however what you get is a warm genuine welcome, comfort and great hospitality in lovely surroundings. Four of us were there for 3 great nights, and have booked up for another 3.

In response to Struan's part reply to my post, I would further comment that I gave my review 4 out of 5 because that is what it was worth despite the issues I noted. It is a beautiful hotel and, like I said, the suite is stunning. I would have to disagree as it is definitely overlooked by houses and buildings just outside the grounds. We did open our windows on occasion for some fresh air but flies and wasps found their way in, however, we were grateful for the fan which helped enormously.
I did not mean to offend anyone in anyway and perhaps my choice of adjectives missed the mark but when you are shouted at to put your mask on when you accidentally forget then this is unnecessarily abrupt and impolite. I would reiterate that the food at dinner was first class and could not be faulted.
