The apartment wasn't soundproofed at all, and we were able to hear our neighbours talking and watching TV all night. The beds are comfy though, and the apartment was spacious.

It was good to be able to use a large space room for the reasonable price, but the facility is too old and needs innovation. Transportation is convenient and the surroundings are safe. And if you go stamford bridge supporting Chelsea, this is the perfect place to stay. However, my experience for this place is not good. My family and I stayed here for a week and on the 5th day, the ceiling started to leak rain.

The rain fell on my clothes and sofa but it was a small amount, so I felt uncomfortable but it was not big deal. My daughter reported the problem right away and said we hope it would be fixed after we check out because weather would be good and sunny and small leak is not urgent matter, but our request was to no avail and the next day we had the ceiling repaired while we were resting. (Our physical condition was not good because of long trip.) What we asked for was that at least the manager would ask us how inconvenience is it while we stay.

If roof repair proceed immediately, the manager should inform to us first. However, there was no explanation. the attitude that there is no problem because it proceeds that the work does not take place in our space. The memory of this mansion, which had been well spent so far, has changed for the worse.

We were scheduled to move into another flat today, and went to reception early at 10AM to check into the new one so we could start moving. However, we were told that the other flat had not yet been vacated and they needed to clean it before we could move. Alright, understandable, so we waited. At around 2PM, four hours later, on empty stomachs, we were finally allowed to move.

As we'd stayed for nearly two months consecutively and still have 8 more days in the new flat, loads of belongings had to be moved. Not even thirty minutes since we began, the staff member at reception came to our door and kept rushing us to finish moving so the cleaners could start on the old suite even though we already told him early in the morning that we've got a lot of stuff and that we'd move as quickly as possible.

Even my 84-year-old grandmother toiled away back and forth, carrying items (she is now exhausted and have not left the bed). Knowing all this, the staff member threatened to charge us extra if we could not finish at a set time -- neglecting the fact that we offered to get started much earlier and it was their lack of planning and management that caused this hurry! Hotel coordination is a mess, but it seems it is somehow the guests that are held at fault for those mistakes.

We've stayed here at least 7 times and the last couple of times it's been pretty disappointing. Rubbish was left outside on the balcony from the last tenants, wine bottles filled with cigarettes etc. (on both occasions) The couch slopes down, like you're downhill - and was really uncomfortable to sit in. We also had a note stating because we are staying 5 nights please enjoy complimentary wine, chocolates and room upgrade (if possible. it wasn't), which we had to go down to ask for.

When we did the guy acted like we already ate them. You sure they aren't up there? Did you check the fridge? Did you look everywhere in the kitchen? Are you sure they aren't hidden somewhere? Our last visit we stayed 5 nights, the room only got cleaned once (we know there is no maid service on the weekends) but we didn't get any on Monday and had to ask for it on Tuesday because the bin was overflowing.

Other small things like two sinks were blocked, it can get very hot with no A/C except a very loud unit in the lounge which we turned on for a few minutes and couldn't hear each other talking over the noise it was making. It can be very noisy too (not their fault) but you can't sleep with the window open. There is also only one small TV in the entire unit.

We also had to wait for some other guests to let us in, as we were pressing the button on the front door for about 10 minutes and no one came. The dining seats also seemed a little past it and quite flimsy. WiFi is pretty bad too. These may seem like small things, but you would expect for the price they charge everything should be top notch. As other people have said the location is great. The staff usually are too, but we got pretty let down this time. It just needs new furniture, fittings maybe a decent A/C unit and some TVs in the bedrooms.

As a place to stay in London it's hard to fault. Self-catering accommodation with everything you could possibly need, and perfectly positioned in the city. Affordable by Zone 1 standards, spacious (bigger than peoples flats I've been in!), very clean and with all the expected amenities. It's also well positioned for shopping for cooking, eating out or getting a cheeky takeaway. With a tube station two minutes away it's near perfect.

Staff most helpful. Would have appreciated the services of a porter to lug our very heavy suit cases up to the 6th floor as the lift only went to five. Small print had advised to say if stairs were a difficulty! Very comfortable. Provision of a mobile phone to call anywhere in the world was a real bonus. Fresh pastries at reception each day.

My sister and I arrived at the mansions at about 8am after a 24hr flight from NZ. They not only were available to check us in, they had a room ready. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom (from 2 bed). The rooms were clean, modern and well equipped. The Handy phone was a nice extra that was very useful. Great location for public transport. Old lift was quaint. Old building meant complicated access to rooms but manageable. Would recommend.

It's lovely, it has all the amenities and great staff. The rooms have enough space, it feels like a proper apartment. It's just a few blocks from the train station and the street is lined with restaurants pubs and Cafes. There is also a small grocery store for any of your other meal needs. I loved it and would go back.

I love the idea of pretending I had a flat in the prestigious neighborhood of Mayfair. Who knew it was possible to find a more reasonably priced hotel near so many 5 star hotels? I am thrilled to have found 44 Curzon Street which are Serviced Apartments. A couple of blocks from the Tube, this is ideally located in Central London. Walking distance to Piccadilly, theaters and top notch restaurants, wine bars and scotch lounges.

The apartment has a large living room with couches and dining table; kitchen w/refrigerator, larger bedroom and bathroom; the largest room I've had in London. Free Wi-Fi. Had to immediately get some work done, but it was a perfect environment. Finally, front desk was very friendly and great about arranging a car for us when it was time to return to the airport. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Have stayed here a few times over the years, a mixture of the top flats and mid floor apartments. I can't fault the accommodation it has everything you could need and more for a stay including enough to feed yourself and avoid the need to eat out everyday, something I find very handy each morning. I would always think or returning but sometimes the location is not what I need.
