Heritage Park Hotel

A week ago my partner and I with 50 guests came to the Heritage Park for our wedding. Everything was wonderful most people stayed. Food outstanding from canapes. Meal and following buffet. Music by D j was spot on. People and our grandkids danced until 1 in the morning. The staff were helpful and kind. The wedding organiser Clare was great. A day to remember. We stayed here for my son's wedding and went back this year for our daughter in law's birthday. What a wonderful place for any event the staff and the service they provide are second to none. The room for the wedding was stunning and decorated perfectly what a beautiful day we had thank you so much for making this day a great success will live in the memory of everyone who attended for ever

Comfortable bed, slightly dated room, no chair to sit at the desk. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were excellent. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Went for Mothers Day lunch. So disappointed. The starter & dessert were nice but the main was tasteless and awful. Had the beef dinner. Took an hour and a half between starter & main to be served. They forgot to bring us gravy and only 1 lot of veg between 8 of us. They brought desserts before clearing the main plates from the table and forgot one of the desserts. Waited a long time to order drinks when we arrived. Would not go back.

This was the hot beef brisket sandwich in a bloomer! Definitely not the place to go for food. The supervisor was really apologetic and kind, but seriously if you want quality food, go to another venue.

The hotel itself was in nice condition with good food, the room was nice and clean and cleaned to a good standard daily.the only issue I would have is that the young brunette behind the reception desk could do with going on a course, learning how to do with people in this industry as she seemed very stuck up herself and wouldn't even look at you when talking or asking her a question.

Kebab was lovely. nice setting Think prices need to match the area. Menu needs expanding and some training of staff but will go again It's the heart of the valleys so let's make it the best, let's see some discount vouchers to attract locals maybe an outside seating area that's dog friendly as I would go for breakfast or lunch if there was a terrace

Attended Micheal Jackson tribute evening. 3 course meal couldnt fault. Artist brilliant. Staff couldn't do enough. Julie Mason won a competition whole evening free. Faultless thank you.

We dined at the loft on Valentine's Day. What an absolute disaster, we booked a table for 7:30 and we're told they were running 5/10 minutes late. Half an hour later my partner asked them to which they stated that people were still dining in our seats and it won't be long. Starters arrived 3 tiny pieces of bread for a sharing starter. Main was served an hour after the starters - no steak knives, no plates and no sides!

Again staff had to be approached. People were complaining & staff were stood moaning about the customers that had complained. Very unprofessional, we didn't enjoy our experience and will not be returning.

The food was out of this world. Superbly presented, fantastic quality and cooked to perfection. My new go to place. The only criticism was the restaurant was chilly and the ladies toilets were positively freezing.

Went at Christmas and the Hotel was dressed up beautifully for the festive season. Ate from the Christmas menu & went for two courses at 18. The food was delicious and the portion sizes extremely generous. Delicious. Staff are exceptionally friendly & courteous. Looking forward to visiting again

No vegan options on their main menu. The restaurant has vegan breakfast options but nothing suitable on their main dinner menu. There were 3 people in our party who do not eat meat or dairy and we all ended up having chips. Please consider putting some vegan options on your menu RHP.

I went to the restaurant with friends recently. It's a lovely looking location, sadly I felt the food and service let them down somewhat. There was only 4 other tables filled while we were there, very quiet and yet there was about a 15min delay between the arrival of the first and last starters on our table. Less delay between arrival of mains but the food was luke warm and watery. 2 desserts and a glass of water were entirely forgotten and we had to ask for them again to the staff's apparent surprise.

There are a lot of staff there despite how quiet it was, they were all friendly and polite but didn't all seem to know what was going on. Bit disappointed as my previous trip was absolutely lovely.

Went here today to have christmas lunch with santa The entertainment for the children was non existence The dj did not put music on suitable for children It was like being in a nursing home When we finally went into see santa he stood up and his belly fell out from under his suit it was a good job that my grandson did not notice it I would definitely not recommend it to anyone

They have had an upgrade and it is much much better. They have a lovely little area used for weddings and a huge area for seating. Massive curtains and an air of grandure. Not eaten here but all seems well.

Had a great one night stop over to watch the rugby Train station short walk. All food and drinks very good and great value. Rooms very clean and staff very welcoming. Will stay again.

Had food in the loft restaurant with my friends and the food was delicious. The service was fab too. Had a lovely atmosphere and didn't feel rushed to leave after we finished our meal. I had the chicken kebab and it was beautiful. The chicken was soft and tender and a good variety of veg mixed on there too I also had the lemon posset for dessert and would recommend that too. Overall a great night.

I was recently here for a function, the place looks lovely and well decorated, especially the reception area. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a 3* hygiene rating that would normally have put me off, but the food we all had was tasty and everywhere looked spotless, hopefully the rating will be reviewed and changed soon.
