Stylishly appointed spacious rooms that generally look over beautifully maintained soul restoring gardens. Faultless food and service. My daughter and son-in-law paid for us to spend one night in this hotel for joint 70th birthdays and our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We found the staff very friendly and professional from both in house and ground staff. The food was amazing and the gardens have got to be the best we have seen in any hotel we have stayed in. The room was spacious and we had a view over the garden. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely fantastic evening spent in the wine room. The food and wine pairings were both fabulous. The service was brilliant, attentive and welcoming. So glad we have discovered Fischer's, we will definitely return.

Four of us dined in the wine room which is a beautiful setting. We had the tasting menu and wine pairing. The whole experience was fantastic. The food was great, the service was impeccable. The French gentleman who was standing in for the Sommelier was so friendly and knowledgeable and we were surprised to find out he wasn't the Sommelier as he was so good. We will certainly return.

We visited for my dad's birthday and had a wonderful time. We aren't particularly familiar with fine dining, but the staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive with great senses of humour - we didn't feel out of our depth at all. The food was gorgeous, the portions appear small on the plate but they're perfectly balanced and crafted and by the end of the meal we felt very pleasantly satisfied!

My only drawback would be that I don't know if the extra 30 for the 5 course compared to the 3 course was particularly worth the steep price difference as the extras you get are not especially substantial, however all the courses were lovely. I'd also definitely recommend coffee and petit fours following the meal! What a great treat, and we will definitely be back.

It's expensive, sure, but not any more so than similar establishments and you absolutely get what you pay for in terms of service, venue, atmosphere, and quality of locally sourced ingredients.

This was a fabulous place to go for a special lunch; loved the menu choices of meat, fish or foraged tasting menus. Food was sublime; Imaginative, presentation exceptional, staff attentive but very discreet. Beautiful surroundings and a memorable experience to be repeated soon I hope!

A traditional country mansion with an exceptional restaurant offering a choice of menus. Each menu has dishes with beautifully combined flavours which I have not tasted anywhere before. Recommended.

What an amazing, special place Fischers Hall is. I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at Fischers, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and the service was exceptional. Every member of staff we met from the house keepers to the sommelier went that extra mile. Our upgraded room was beautiful, it made my husbands 40th birthday extra special.

We felt very lucky. The food and wine pairings were incredible. Thank you to the front of house staff and of course to the kitchen. Thank you for an unforgettable evening and stay.

Fabulous place, we joined a family wedding breakfast here and it was just lovely. The food was exceptional. We didn't stay but hope to in the future. The gardens are beautiful. A perfect setting for a celebration.

Beautiful, comfortable accommodation, gorgeous gardens and terrifically good food. We had the tasting menu with matched wines and it was superb - inventive and clever without being fussy or pretentious. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The whole experience was a delight. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived we were dealt with professionally and politely by every member of staff, our room was beautiful, we stayed in a garden room, we ordered drinks and they arrived in a matter of minutes, the dinner was exceptional, in every way, simply delicious, what a talented chef can honestly say one of the best meals we have eaten, thankyou again to Fischers team we hope to stay again soon, cannot recommend this hotel highly enough

Beautiful hall surrounded by mature trees and well kept gardens. Rooms spotless and comfortable. All staff friendly and very efficient. The eight course tasting menu with wine pairing was superb.

What a fantastic experience. Superb food in beautiful location. Wonderful service from all the staff. Especially appreciated since this was the first time our family had been able to meet for over a year. It has left all of us with wonderful memories

From start to finish, the experience was divine. The service was excellent, the waitress (who should have been climbing Mount Vesuvius, but covid meant she met us instead) was attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. The food was out of this world. I would recommend the rabbit ravioli (which is not ravioli). It blew my taste buds away. The wine menu was extensive, and they made a special day even more special. We will be back again.
