On arrival we were just given the key and told our room was upstairs, the room was very dated and slightly shabby, there was an arm chair in the room that had head sweat marks on it which for me and my wife.made the only place to sit was on the bed, the bed was slightly hammock shaped and quite uncomfortable, the quilt had very little filling. The en-suite was from the seventies and also grubby, the carpet marked. the funny thing was we only had one pack of biscuits in the tea making area?
I would normally keep my views to myself but having paid 140 for this has made me feel ripped off. This is a shame because the hotel is in the perfect location with superb views, truly disappointed.

Do yourself a favour and pay any amount of money not to stay here. We were in room 6 which has black mold on the wall behind wallpaper which is peeling off after an obvious leak. I would suggest the leak happened quite some time ago for this to happen. The store must be under the room as there is a pump/fan that goes all the time. This makes sleeping extremely difficult and I woke up with a headache and feeling really rather ill.
The shower is appalling as it literally goes cold to burning in seconds then back again. Our friends were in room 3 and experienced the same so it is not just one room affected.
