A Really pleasant hotel, located in a lovely piece of the countryside. The staff were warm and friendly and would've quite happily warmed up our deliveroo order had we received it because of our late arrival. The breakfast was filling, which was what we needed for the wedding we were attending. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only downside. No Lift! That aside, it's Definitely worth staying there if your attending a wedding at the venue we did 5 mins drive away.

Nice little hotel in the countryside. There's not a lot to do but a short walk from the hotel to the main road might allow you to see horses. I believe they belong to neighbors - but it shows how nice the area is. The staff were great. I was there for a wedding and needed an iron, which they brought up to me as soon as I asked. There was an additional fee for early check in (15 pounds).

We had our wedding here in December 2021. The staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble they looked after us all. It was like home from home. They made us feel so welcome. Definitely 10/10. We will be back in the near future for another stay. I can't recommend the hotel enough. All my guests said what a lovely time they had and the staff were amazing. Thank you Farnham house for the most perfect weekend.

I went for the day for a wedding. I wouldn't stay here as one of my family had a room. And see in it. It was very dusty round the scurtingbords and the headboards of beds and lamps shades. And Cobwebs in most corners of the room. And picture frames. The shower door was full of water stains. And also TV had finger prints on screen. As it's covid think should be a lot clearer.

With deep cleaning after every guest leve before next guest arrival. And the same with the bull room could do with a bit of cleaning and lights not all working. And Chandeliers could be cleaned at last 3 times a year. If all these jobs were done it would be a lovely place fot the price.

We FINALLY had our wedding here on the 28th December after covid stopped us getting married last year. So many people commented on the venue! The staff were all amazing, friendly and very helpful. We would 100% recommend Farnham House Hotel. Thank you for all your help and support Mr & Mrs Kewley

We had our wedding day here on the 30th December and I could not recommend it enough. All of the staff have been amazing through the pandemic and supported us through cancellations and changes up to the final hour. The setting is magical and private. The staff are incredible, friendly and fun and all of our guests also commented on this. The food and wine was fabulous. Wish we could do it every year. Thank you

Me and my husband had our wedding here on the 30th October and couldn't recommend this venue enough. Not only is the setting beautiful it feels private and hidden away. The staff were amazing, friendly and really helpful. Thank you for such an amazing day xx

Had a lovely time there at a wedding reception. We stayed over, the room was wonderful. The bed was a little soft for our taste but that didn't make any difference to the fact that our stay was perfect. The full English breakfast was spot on.

Paid around 80 for a room for the night, which was a little steep considering there was damp around the door, the floor on that side of the room was wet, the window didn't open and the wall lights did not work. Shower was lovely, grounds were beautiful, the breakfast was nice enough, staff were friendly and happy to help but were unsure regarding booking (we booked on Expedia or something similar and they nearly charged us again for the room when we left). Fine for a night after a wedding but I wouldn't stay here for a trip

We held our weeding here in September; the service & attention to detail was perfect throughout. We had to change our date 4 times due to COVID and the hotel were accommodating every time with no questions asked. Louise was brilliant throughout our time organising the wedding & would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married!

The team at the hotel were good credibly welcoming and will do anything to make your stay as easy as possible. Early reception was accommodated easily. We were staying for a wedding and they even provided us with a wedding card as we had forgotten. Fantastic team working here and a nice secluded hotel.

Third time lucky! After 3 attempts we finally got married at The Farnham House on 25th September! The team at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful with our dates having to be rearranged due to covid. We had absolutely no issues at all. Right from meeting Louise at the very beginning of our booking process up to the actual day with John and Mel. looking after us, we couldn't have asked for more!

All of the staff were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Farnham House as a wedding venue is perfect! The location is great, we had a number of overseas guests, the food was tasty and the DJ was right on point with the music! The dancefloor was full all night. Stay well clear. Had a wedding booked during the pandemic, which understandably needed to be cancelled and rescheduled. Couldn't go ahead the second time either. Paid 500 deposit, which the government specifically said was to be refunded to customers abs have only received a proportion of this back. Apparently, this hotel take 12% of the total. wedding cost for admin fees?

The only admin they had to deal with was the rescheduling, so not sure 300 was justified. Tried querying time and time again to no avail. The Managing Director, is rude and sarcastic and completely unsympathetic. He even said he would be happy to rebook our wedding again but for an additional 10% increase for each year the wedding didn't take place.

I feel so upset, considering these industries were looked after by the government. They have effectively stolen our money and yet, we still remain unmarried. Please be cautious and my advice would be to avoid. Now onto small claims court.

Our stay to celebrate a friends wedding which was faultless from beginning to end. The staff couldn't do enough to help us as we arrived that morning from abroad and were leaving the next day. The wedding was presented beautifully and flowed seamlessly! Thank you to everyone.

We booked 7 rooms, arrived 21st August with family from Ireland for our daughter's wedding, we did NOT stay. Rooms were not clean to say the least. Stained sheets, an unpleasant gift in one of the toilets, a used covid test at the side of a locker and lots of dust and cobwebs. Manager was apologetic but this ruined the start of our holiday. Not very helpful in finding alternative accommodation, just gave us a list from in the area. At 11pm at night this was not helpful as everyone had been travelling from 3am.

Brilliant hotel with wonderful staff! Food was excellent. Surroundings another 10/10! Sure, if you want a 'box type' then try a Lodgetravel hotel but you'll be missing a treat. Can't wait to return

My husband and I got married at this beautiful venue yesterday 23/07/2021 and we couldn't have had a more perfect wedding day. The venue were so accommodating and nothing was too much for Manager Joe and the. team. From the set up the day before and the full running of the wedding all the way to the debrief breakfast the next morning. Thank you for your support and hard work.

The grounds were beautiful, the hotel was spacious and perfect for what we wanted. I wish you a very busy and exciting summer with the weddings to come. We'll be back I'm sure Love the new Mr & Mrs Phillips.

A dreadful few days, had not been told that the restaurant was closed and it's stuck in the middle of the country. Terrible housekeeping, my bed was not made once during my stay. Had to pre-order breakfast the day before. Awful, badly constructed bath room.

98 for the room for the night for a single person. No restaurant and no cooked breakfast, no draft beer, no water or tea making facilities in the room. Had to get a taxi to town for food. No products in the bathroom et cetera. Obviously couldn't care less about my business. I feel I've been taken for a ride. Very poor.

Wonderful Sunday lunch, saw the afternoon tea's coming out and it looked delicious. staff were very friendly and accommodating. grounds were lovely and so was the ambience.
