Beautiful location, stunning views but the food is a real let down. We had to send dishes back it was so poor. We complained and felt it wasn't taken seriously. The cocktails are great however. We were staying in a luxury suite for one night. Looked Beautiful but lacked that luxury touch. no tea spoons for making tea and coffee. the coffee machine only had the black coffee pods, no latte or cappuccino. you'd expect this if your paying 350 a night.
Our TV in the room wasn't working. we rang reception, and they eventually sent someone. He couldn't fix it so said he'd send someone else. an hour went by which was a real inconvenience, then for him to say the TV had blown and wasn't fixable. he said he'd mention it to reception and they would probably reimburse us in some way in the morning. On check-out nothing was mentioned so I brought it up and she said she would speak to the manager. she just said.
I'm sorry but these things happen, it's out of her control. Again, no partial refund offered considering we had a room for 350 without a working TV to watch in bed at night. Really disappointing. The Cliff Hotel and Spa lack the service but are lucky they have the location and great views.

What a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful location. The rooms were clean, inviting and kitted out with everything you needed. The food was amazing. Sampled a few of their cocktails which were very tasty and I could have easily drunk a lot more. We didn't use the spa facilities so I am unable to review these. We will definitely be returning. This hotel is advertised as as a 3 star I would say it deserves at least a 4 star rating.

Lovely hotel with stunning views. Unfortunately the bathroom in my economy room had a smell of drains. I was only in the hotel for two nights, but if it were longer, I'd have asked to change rooms. If you like a large cooked breakfast, then you won't be disappointed. I'm not a fan, so like a continental, but there really wasn't much choice. Overall, a really pleasant stay.

Visited spa and hotel recently. Spa was excellent pleasant helpful staff unfortunately visit to restaurant in hotel was a disappointment. We had a table booked for 13.45 and on arrival was asked to wait by male front of house staff member. As we had not been seated by 13.15 asked another member of staff if the table was ready as it appeared we had been forgotten about.
Eventually seated about 13.20. The food I would describe as average pub grub at an inflated price. Almost gave up on the sweet due to the long wait between courses. At the time there were only two tables occupied in the restaurant.

Excellent hotel and spa. We had a deluxe room with a fantastic sea view. The room was clean, well proportioned and well equipped. I'd advise pre booking the spa - as a guest you get an hour in there and that's plenty of time to enjoy the sauna, steam room, hydro therapy pool and hot tub all of which are first class. We dined in the hotel and despite the fact that they also had a large wedding party in, the food and service was excellent.
The breakfast is done as a buffet which is fine albeit a little bit chaotic but it doesn't detract from the overall experience of this hotel. I've mentioned the wedding party and that usually means lots of noise but not here so the rooms must be very well soundproofed which is another bonus! It's clearly very popular for a reason and even total strangers we spoke to in Saundersfoot spoke highly of it. Recommended.

Great place to stay. But even if you're not there to stay its great for a decent evening meal with great views and the spa is pretty decent too. Both the restaurant and the spa have a verity of options. The staff are demure, but confident and professional. As someone who has traveled in a variety of places at differing budget levels I'd give this place a near world class status based on my experiences.
My experiences of this venue are both drawn from pre and ongoing covid related restrictions and prebooking for the restaurant and spa are very much advised, especially in the summer.

Lovely location, rooms abundantly supplied with hot drinks though the chlorination was awful from the cold tap( fine from the hot).Friendly and helpful staff, food exellent, apart from the main course fish dishes. Service excellent. One had only to look slightly bewildered and the staff rushed to help. One small niggle. The salt cellar was more decorative than useful. I'm all for style when accompanied by utility, but I do like to sprinkle salt. In general we were very impressed and would love to stay again.

No problem with the room it was clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The problem is with the staff. Saturday evening we only wanted a light snack in The point bar but was told at 7.30 they had stopped cooking, so ended up having to make do with crisps. Had a lovely Sunday lunch and again that evening only required a light snack again to be told that they weren't cooking snacks in the point bar. Went up to order in the main restaurant to be told we had to order at the bar!
Back to the bar to be told again that we had missed food as it finished at 5pm. Menu says 9pm. Eventually we get to order food at 8.30 pm which was lovely. No empty glasses were collected and we sat with our plates in front of us for over 2 hours. Long queue for the bar, only one person working which is not fair on either the member of staff or guest.
No tables in the Point bar were sanitised in between guests which we found quite shocking given the the rules that should be in place. Such a shame as we stay at least twice a year, don't think we'll be rushing back.

Beautiful hotel in a first class location, On a cliff top, with sea views. The rooms are clean, modern and luxurious. The spa is one of the best I have used, calming lighting and relaxing atmosphere, a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool with water jets and message waterfall. The restaurant has a lovely range of tables most with views. The food is very good, choice of a few bars and lounge areas in side and lounge seating areas with firepits outside. Highly recommended for a relaxing weekend for two or a larger gathering or party.

What a gorgeous hotel in a truly breathtaking location! Our room boasted 2 large windows both overlooking the sea which was beautifully furnished complete with a super bathroom and plenty of hot water. We were lucky to find a table by the panoramic window in the restaurant for the buffet breakfast and what a breakfast! The choice was incredible and as we tucked in, we watched several flocks of geese fly across the water. The location of the hotel is tranquil with several walking options and the indoor pool and spa facilities make it a truly memorable experience. Will definately be returning!
