Our authentic country house comes complete with roaring log fire and plenty of nooks and crannies to cwtch up in. Take in a few drinks at the bar, enjoy our afternoon tea experience or savour a meal from our seasonal menu. With 7 en-suite rooms in our main house designed with style and comfort in mind, guests at Gellifawr can kick-back and unwind in style with an exclusive feel to their stay.
We serve up delicious drinks for your day including fizz for your toast, wine for your tables and also have a fully stocked bar with a cocktail mixologist at your disposal to help get the party started. Our chef had created the Bedwen menu including Pan fried chicken breast, Fillet of Haddock and Mediterranean Vegetable Wellington which is sure to whet your appetite. Our wedding food was AMAZING! All our guests (and there were 100+ of them) were so well fed and looked after that we did not want to leave.
Take in the mind-blowing scenery, tackle challenging climbs on your bike or sit back and enjoy a craft beer after a tour of a local brewery. As part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, we are never far from a stunning coastal view. Enjoy golden stretches at Newport Sands, explore the pebbly coves of Cwm yr Eglwys or go for a secluded swim in the waters of Aberfforest.

Myself and my husband had the pleasure of attending our friends wedding on June 13th 2022 it was just an amazing 2 days the bbq was the day before the big day, the staff could not have been more attentive and smiling all the time which is very difficult in the hospitality business the food was gorgeous I highly recommend this venue if you want a beautiful and memorable day thank you to all involved we loved every minute

Delicious food and a fantastic barman but that was it unfortunately. Dismissive unresponsive reception staff who couldn't give a toss that, because of their not knowing their ar#e from their elbow, the actual ceremony and vows were missed. The end cottage was freezing cold with radiators NOT working, paint coming off the walls, it's all very dated and tatty.

An enchanting place to be sure. Very accessible, places go rest and quick to get from the event to the comfort of your room. Extremely apt and helpful staff. Only downside I can think of is the spider webs in my room, the drying electric heater and the electric shower not working when others are using hot water.

Had a bad experience right from the start not very interested in helping at all all the care about is money! No customer care right from the start, wedding planners seemed to not care about anything once we paid our deposit couldn't wait to get away from us when we visited to talk about our wedding once paid and not very helpful at all, manager very rude and unhelpful hung the phone up on me half way through a conversation after shouting at me, place looks nice but very unhelpful staff and management. Definitely would not recommend this venue from our experience

I've had the pleasure to photograph at this venue a few times, I'm always treated very well with the super friendly staff! As a wedding venue it's fab, the grounds are awesome, there's plenty of shaded area for photos and group photos too. A new salon has been built which is ideal for bridal preparations too!

It's in the middle of nowhere up tiny B road. Large old building with some detached cottages for rent. The main house had a very large king room, with good wifi signal, hair dryer, radiator worked well, windows open, coffee service. Bathroom didn't have heated towel rack which it could have used. Electric shower plenty of hot water. Breakfast is full English and some pastry, bread. Evening meal was available albeit limited in Feb., about 3 miles away is Newport which has a few restaurants. Can't fault it for anything, the location was very rustic.
