Decent hotel with great friendly helpful staff. Sadly my room had not been cleaned properly as I found a used cup with the kettle.

A beautiful hotel, made to feel welcome. Room was lovely, bed was comfortable, Bathroom was very clean & the bath was heaven

Had a meal starters nice Main was covered in two much sauce had chicken highlander Husband had steak but came with salad thought hot veg would had been nicer Staff nice service good prices a bit expensive for what you got

Food was bland had to add seasoning to it. Even though we had a booking with a party Menu they left a la carte menu's at each setting. the service was good and the servers were really nice and attentive

Was there on the 15th January for my mums 80th.the meal I had was lovely bit I had a big bit of paper in my apple pie which I nearly choked on.the response from the waiter was oh I'm really sorry and walked away. I was not very happy.my friends got spaghetti bolagnese and lasagne and both were dry.the staff at the bar are needing to put a smile on there face and the guy at receptionist when we asked for the cake was img a don't no where a cake is.manners were a disgrace

Nice hotel, shower wasn't working, but was fixed after talking to reception also very thin wall and floors so disturbed night sleep on both nights spent there. But was supplied with ear plugs on the second night. Nice breakfast supplied, however not the greatest standard of hygiene from a certain member of staff when serving the breakfast.
