Ingledene House is a small family run 8 bedroom B and B that overlooks Knyveton Gardens Bowling greens and the adjoining Tennis Courts. Also located opposite the guest house is a Cafe and private licensed bar that is open to Ingledene residents. Ingledene Guest House is conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from Bournemouth Central Station, 500 metres from the nearest beach and about a 10 minute walk to the centre and nightlife.

We booked here for one night and didn't stay that. We had a family room which was much too small for the furniture it held. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been either and the bathroom was not ideal it hosted a mirror which the enamel was missing and a light above with no bulb. Also offers breakfast on the details but no mention of an additional charge which there is of 12 pp.
Also stated in the details are views of a bowling green.maybe there was before the trees grew too big as from our window there was definately not a view of this. Not impressed and without a doubt would not return.
