A full English breakfast, plus vegetarian, gluten free and Chinese-style breakfast options on prior request. Please contact us if you have any special dietary requirements. We spent a lovely long weekend at Blue Palms. They couldn't do enough for us, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's position meant it was a few minutes walk only, from the shopping or the seafront. We came by car, parking was free and secure.

Welcome to Blue Palms, where we will do our best to ensure you have a comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable stay when you visit Bournemouth. Blue Palms offers quiet, comfortable, quality accommodation in the centre of Bournemouth, occupying an elevated position close to The Triangle. The property, which mostly dates from about 1870, has operated as a small, private hotel for many decades. As a guide, Blue Palms was last graded as 4 Star Guest Accommodation in 2017, but please read the reviews of other guests available online.
As well as being only a short walk from shops, restaurants, Bournemouth International Centre and glorious sandy beaches, Blue Palms is also an ideal base for exploring the beautiful counties of Dorset and Hampshire, which include the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and the New Forest National Park. If you are arriving by car, turn off the A338 at the Bournemouth West roundabout into Cambridge Road. Go across the next roundabout (2nd exit) into Durley Chine Road then turn left at the end of that road into West Cliff Road.
Our House was built when guests arrived by horse and the current car park was laid out when the Morris 1100 was the most popular car in Britain. There are public car parks nearby. Guests cannot use our parking facilities once they have checked out. Visitors and checked-out guests using our parking will be charged a parking fee.
We reserve some discounted rates for phone bookings, medium and long-term stays, group bookings, returning guests, postgraduate students, professional students e.g. We may have special offers and discounted rates available only for bookings made directly with us by telephone or e-mail. Really cute B&B in the centre of Bournemouth.dont let this worry you as the road is so lovely and quiet. You wouldn't think you were minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the shops and restaurants. Coco the owner is an adorable lady. So hospitable caring and accommodating. The rooms are comfy and well equipped. So if you want a comfy QUIET stay in Bournemouth try the Blue Palms. Thank you for your hospitality Coco. You are wonderful I hope to see you again soon. Host and owner Mary was so welcoming and helpful we visited in august with family two rooms got the nice weather and a brilliant deal with Mary decent Victorian type rooms and location not far from every need however uphill walk to the hotel. Close to shops beach etc pleasure visiting and thanks again Mary good meeting you.

We were very disappointed, the room was fine but didn't get cleaned until after 7.30 pm, which was very disappointing we came down to our first breakfast, there was no cutlery on the table, the coffee was cold breakfast was ok, our second morning, we came down at 8.28am, the dining room was deserted, the tables looked messy, there was nothing out not even milk for breakfast, we looked in the kitchen no one was there we stayed there until 8.45am, we went out for breakfast, we came back at 2 saw The owner, put our complaints and he told us he was there, when he wasn't, we were supposed to be staying another night, but went home, asked for a refund but got brushed off, I wouldn't stay there again. And with my job I've stayed in many B&Bs never been treated like this.

Four of us booked here for the airshow. We were expecting breakfast available in mornings. Told by the owner, go to the pub down the road. Breakfast advertised in hotel at 8 but when we got there it was 10 but told to go to the pub. The owner did not want to hire a chef. A bar was also advertised no bar. The place was clean but I think it was being run as a hobby.

Blue Palms is in an excellent location, easy walking access to the beach and Bornemouth centre. The rooms have everything you need and are spotlessly clean. The parking is a little tight but Jonathan happily helped out. The hosts here are really lovely people and their customer service is excellent! Would visit again.

Should be 10 star! Absolutely fabulous place to stay - spotless, comfortable, great location, perfect. Room was bright and comfy - twin - ensuite sparkling and spacious. Avril and Paul are brilliant, warm, friendly and welcoming, great sense of humor and clearly love what they do. We felt like we were staying with friends.
