Excellent food lovely place not stay but could well do in the future

Lovely hotel all staff very friendly nice relaxed atmosphere ideal for a chilled break pleasure to stay there

We only stopped for 1 night but it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are great and the breakfast was yummy Plenty to keep you going.

Swim, Steam Room and afternoon tea. Second visit for us, and spot on again. Back for a third time in summer. Staff very polite and helpful, also.

Booked an afternoon spa and tea for two. The staff offer a warm welcome as you arrive with fresh towels and gowns. The changing rooms, jacuzzi, spa and pool areas were spotlessly clean. The hotel is charming and characterful with panelled bars and a cosy feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea which was freshly prepared and a vegetarian option was happily provided at short notice. Staff should be congratulated on such a warm and friendly atmosphere - great birthday afternoon treat for me!

Having had so so meals there previous l was unsure what to expect on the latest visit. Under new management I was pleasantly surprised. Great attention to detail at all times over dinner, good food with good flavour. Staff worked well and were discrete at all times. Only downside was they did not have my favorite Gin.

Absolutely fantastic! This hotel is lovely. All the staff are freindly. Didn't eat but the breakfast and lunch food that I saw come out looked delicious. Can't wait to go back.!

The current management's approach to Water Babies groups and users if the gym/changing rooms that use the pool, during the quiet parts of the day is really disappointing and they should reflect on how far those relationships go to the customers wider network for their wider potential customer base.

Great place to stay and dine. Lovely friendly staff, nice b&b room with really good breakfasts and first class meals in the resturant.
