Fanastic B&B near the centre of Keswick with its own residents parking. Rooms clean, unbelievable choices for breakfast. Great hosts.

Fantastic stay. The standard of the guest house is first class. Mandy and Andy gave a warm welcome and they cannot do enough to make your stay more comfortable. The breakfast is second to none. I would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Best B&B I've stayed in. Nothing is too much trouble and excellent friendly environment. Car park is a big bonus. Rooms are spotless and homely.

This is our 3rd visit to Linnett Hill, absolutely brilliant, even with the Covid restrictions, Andy and Mandy, brilliant hosts, cleanliness is to a very high standard, big choice for breakfast, plenty tea coffee milk crisps, biscuits, bottled water everyday, we love Keswick, and this is the only place we stay, would highly recommend Linnett Hill, it has everything you need, many thanks to Andy and Mandy, Gail, Peter, Joan, and Bernie from Wallasey.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay and really enjoyed staying at Linnett Hill . It is spotlessly clean, very good breakfast and well looked after by the owners Mandy and Andy. Lovely bedroom and coffee / tea making facilities . There is a large parking area and it is very near to to the Town of Keswick and a great hiking area . Lots of shops and good restaurants nearby. We are looking forward to returning for another visit

Back home now after another wonderful break at Linnett Hill :0) Love staying here. It is my home from home. Mandy & Andy are amazing hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Stayed at Linnett Hill with family for my son's 18th. Rooms were fabulous, with tea/coffee facilities, water and tasty treats. Enjoyed a few drinks in the downstairs living room in front of the fire and there's even snacks available there too (for free). Breakfast is just superb and hosts Andy and Mandy so warm and welcoming and genuinely interested if you're having a good time and need any advice. Best I've stayed at by far and looking forward to going back. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and enjoy a couple of days rest.....you deserve it

Andy and Mandy have created the best bed and breakfast establishment we have ever stayed in. We have stayed in many over the last 40 years and the Linnett Hill outshines them all. John & Hilary Furnevall.

Mandy and Andy have bought linnett hill and completely renovated to a very high standard. I was staying for 2 days whilst working in keswick and I could of stayed the week.i was made to feel so welcome rooms are lovely the guest lounge is a lovely addition. All the little things that make your stay excellent are there.the choice for breakfast is so vast there is something for everyone! Cant wait to go back! Recommend linnett hill to everyone!

The best guest house we have have been to! everything from the large car park, the very warm welcome from Mandy and Andy and the bedrooms are superbly presented with the whitest of white bedding, spotlessly clean with plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast was more than adequate with everything from cereals, fruit etc and a full English breakfast. (Wish every B&B was as good) We would highly recommend Linnett Hill and look forward to our next visit.
