No accommodation parking but overnight free parking by the roadside! Location is good as easy access to bus stop and restaurants including halal options and supermarkets! Self check-in and check-out! Spacious clean and tidy rooms with comfy bed and tidy washrooms! Overall a good option at reasonable price in Tenby!

My friends stayed here when they came to visit. The hotel is not manned and when they had problems, no one answered the phone or replied to their emails the whole 3 days. Their shower was stuck on boiling hot so they were not able to shower, on top of that, the TV wouldn't work. They also saw someone who was unable to get into their room because the key was stuck in the room door and he was sitting outside his room and had been trying to call for two hours. The room was nice and clean but the service was just terrible.

False advertising, this is not a hotel but an air B and B. There are no staff on the premises and you are sent codes for the front doors and a code to get your room key. The pictures of the rooms are not accurate. We booked a king room and got a double. There was damp on the ceiling. It was clean, one good thing. The mattress was very poor, we even flipped it in the hope it would help but it didn't. Guests were hammering the front door at 3 am and woke a lot of others, something that would have easily been sorted if it was a genuine hotel with staff!

The front door was the fire exit, totally unsafe if there was a problem by the front door and guests couldn't leave. Absolute cheek to charge 138 for that for the night! Avoid avoid avoid!

Absolutely terrible. I booked a two night accommodation for myself, my wife and my 5 year old using Alexander hotel website. I received a booking confirmation email but there was no mention of access codes. The accommodation is deceptively advertised as hotel but it is just a property with rooms managed through access codes and there is no reception or customer service staff.

I travelled 200 miles for my holiday in Wales assuming that I had 2 nights accommodation. When I reached there, I was flummoxed to know that the property require access codes. I tried contacting the phone number mentioned in the email but no one answered the call. Luckily, I managed to find some other hotel, otherwise, I would have canceled my holiday and travelled 200 miles back home. I would avoid these people at any cost.

Very accessible from the city centre, centrally located with lots of cafes and shops around. The rooms were basic but in excellent condition. The staff is minimal but very efficient and friendly. There is no reception and I couldn't reach them on call but they replied promptly to an email.

You would not believe what you can have just for 23. Single bed, en suite, tv, shower and everything ready to make a cup of coffee. Perfect for a night if you need to just sleep as the room was tiny.but 23! Lots of shops, pubs ext nearby and 15min walking distance to the beach.

There was no hot water. Rang 10 times to get through to someone (nobody on site) to be told it'll be 30 minutes for someone to come out. We didn't have 30 minutes and from what we can tell this isn't the first review on no hot water. Dirty room with dead flies around. Insanely loud at night with other guests both from their rooms and communal areas. Not particularly comfortable bed. I know it's cheap but we've stayed in similarly priced places that were significantly better. Don't bother with this one.

No reception, smells of mold as you walk in through the front door, room was large with plenty of tea and coffee, clean kettle. Shower, only hot water so be careful. Cold water to the shower must be turned off so that's why it smells of mold as you walk in. No parking.

So far, most unimpressed. I stayed here a few years ago and it was fine. You got what you paid for. But I arrived this evening and the room is Icy - heating isn't working, no hot water, the basin desperately needs some Mr Muscle and some light bulbs are dead. Emailed 'reception' - no response so far. I'm booked in for 4 nights. If it's not radically better in 12 hours, I won't be returning. It may be a value alternative to a full-service hotel, but failings such as these are inexcusable. I'm freezing!

I think some of the reviews ate a bit out of context. This hotel is less than half the price and more of other local hotels. In this context you can not grade it at the same level. Yes it is run more like an air B&B with keys accessable within the first door. The toilet and shower are clean and modern. Yes a little bit of TLC is needed in some areas.

This would be a 2-3 star hotel, but you get what you pay for. If you want clean and modern toilet and shower. Comfy bed and for me good location for where I wanted to be, then this hotel is for you, just dont expect ritx carlton when not paying the price of that.

The pictures don't tally with the real rooms. Not worthy for the money expend. Absolutely no facilities. It's okay for a one night stay but if you are staying more than a night, never recommend this place. Even the wifi is not working sometimes. Rooms are really small.

Totally disgusting, dust in the room and a very fousty smell spent about 10 mins examining the room decided there was no way I would ever stay there and walked out

I had booked this hotel for a night and when I reached there I came to know that they don't have in house staff and I was suppose to receive code on my phone in-order to get key of room. But I never received that code and when I reached there I had no access to room and unfortunately I was stranded and the number they mentioned there is invalid/unreachable and there was no way to contact them.

The room didn't match the pictures on the website (other people had said this but I presumed these were old reviews). The bathroom was awful, broken taps, cold water ran out as it's an old house. Bathroom door didn't shut, no fresh towels, awful carpet in the main landing. Light crept in at night from hall landing so it was always too bright and uncomfortable to sleep. The cleaner had done a good job on removing dust and tried to keep a decrepit room clean

Although I was worried because it is a small hotel, I was amazed by its services. Staff communication is very good. They help with everything. The bed is also very comfortable The price is also budget friendly

Great little place, clean and tidy. Could do with a little updating but other than that had a fab stay will definitely be coming back

I stayed here 7/8 years ago and it was delightful. This visit, however, not so delightful. The room looked and felt like some cheap student accommodation. The two lights in the room didn't work meaning the only light was the bright ceiling light. The window blind was broken in a disgusting state to be left. The mattress on the bed leaned to one side meaning I constantly found myself almost falling off the bed many times during the night.

Very disappointed after looking forward to this visit. I most certainly won't return & won't recommend it. I have photos of the state of the window blind & lights. If this was a chain hotel I'd be getting a refund.

I Booked last minute direct from the Man hotel desk vie text 2 days ago and I did ask if the rooms have air condition and the stuff confirmed that no they don't have, however he / she said because of the back room it shouldn't be hot and I booked the room based on that. When I went there checked in and I found the room boiling hot, I texted the one who took the booking I said the room is not useable we can't sleep is extremely hot we have to move out and get another hotel, And all she / he text back was ok please turn the light off and put the key into the red box, he / she didn't say sorry nothing like that at all. That was a bit unprofessional and I will never step my foot in there again. Rude.

Stayed here on a recent visit to Swansea to see a friend. He recommended this place as he'd stayed there before. Great value for money if you're just looking for somewhere to get your head down for the night. I stayed in a single occupancy room, which was all I needed. Reasonably priced. Very clean. Comfy bed. I've already booked my next stay! I would recommend staying here.

It is my first visit to Wales and I booked this hotel as the price for one room was good. I received welcome message and instructions and I was nicely surprised that my room was upgraded to a suit with my own bathroom. The room is wonderfully nice and clean. It has TV bar, and everything you need as a traveller. The fridge and microwave is on the second floor with access for everyone.

You have plenty of little shops around, lot of take aways and you have also good bus connection of you want to go hiking. The beach is 15 min by foot. The train station is around 30 min. by foot which I had to check myself since on Sunday there is a little problems with how buses are running. The hotel has safety measures in place due to Covid so you can feel safe. You cannot smoke in room but just outside the hotel, there is smoking area so it is not a problem. I'm giving 5 stars.
