Relax in the luxury of our individually styled accommodation, with 76 rooms to suit all requirements. Including superior twin and double bedrooms, tranquil spa themed bedrooms, spacious family bedrooms, mobility accessible bedrooms and a magnificent bridal suite, contemporary styling and comfort come as standard.
Relax in one of our individually styled luxurious twin or double rooms. Our front facing rooms are light and airy whilst our back facing rooms are quiet and relaxing. All of our twin and double rooms are en-suite and include tea and coffee making facilities, a flatscreen television, telephone, hair dryer and bathroom essentials.
Situated at the park end of the hotel our spa themed rooms are perfect for guests on a spa break. Each double or twin room offers a tranquil and relaxing environment with our comfortable luxury beds and healing salt lamps, it's the perfect place to sit back and relax after your energising *spa treatment.
Our spacious family rooms can sleep 4 people with the option of adding an additional z-bed for an extra child. All of our family rooms are interconnecting so you get the benefit of knowing your children are safe. Family rooms also come equipped with X-Box games consoles, games and controllers are available from reception with a deposit.

Wonderful trip, hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing! The spa was stunning and the spa staff were so friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to show that we were welcome and accepted as a Queer couple. Only suggestion we have is for staff to try and avoid gendered language and greetings (eg. Hello Ladies) as some gender non conforming guests may not identify with that gender and be distressed by it. However we felt safe and welcome the whole time. Massage treatments were wonderful. Thank you! We will be back :)

Well where do I start! Firstly having paid up before our stay for a family wedding booking which was not at this hotel thank god! They tried to charge my family members twice and the attitude of the manager was horrible with a very abrupt attitude. It has old fashioned deco and very high priced menu and staff that don't really know what they are doing. So if u are looking for somewhere to stay in llanelli I would advise you to NOT stay at this Hotel you will regret it.

I would say a decent enough 3 star but 4 star is pushing it given no safe or fridge in a very basic room. In need of some modernisation! Breakfast was excellent, bar is nice and lots of free parking on site! Didn't go tot he Spa thus time jot the rooftop bat as it was closed in preparation for a wedding, maybe next time!

Overall really happy and would 100% stay here again. It is important to note how good the staff are. They were all friendly but more importantly they cared above and beyond - especially the reception staff. Everything was clean, nice food but the staff were truly exceptional. The elements that could be better are; - The breakfast. We missed it the first day as it does finish quite early. (The reception staff did recommend a fantastic place we went to) - The rooms are 'basic' but comfortable.
Everything worked and clean and suitable but a little more updating would be nice. I really appreciated the water and drinks left in the room - thank you! - Lovely location but it would be nice if you had a recommendation list for restaurants that was quite hard to find. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Spent the morning in the spa and the girls on reception were fab. After showing us around and given all the safety information we were shown the changing rooms which were spotless. My sister and mother went to use the facilities while I went up for an aromatherapy massage. Kelly was wonderful, talked me through the best oil to help release muscle tension and asked what areas I wanted her to concentrate on.
I think by the end I might have dosed off! Once finished I was shown the relaxation room and switched off from the world while my sister and mum went in for their treatment. All three of us left totally relaxed and had a wonderful day out.

Excellent comfy large bed. Clean room. Bizarre that there was no toilet roll holder in my room nor in the spa. Unhygienic I think. Very friendly professional reception staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Dinner was good quality food but terrible atmosphere music in dinning hall was clashing with noise from TV in nearby bar. Asked to drop volume of tv. Was done. Worst breakfast ever. Everything was stale. Didn't bother with breakfast next day. TV volume from bar was again audible in breakfast area. S o a
