A rubbish experience. The ' hotel' is run by lazy receptionists who have no clue about anything. They came in my room and removed the fire extinguisher when I was out and didn't even bother to tell me. When I asked them about it the receptionist ( Mahssood) said " oh it was us" seems like it's normal practise for them. They also treat other residents better.
They will provide furniture to others and not to others even when you have complained on how bad moldy the furniture is. They cut of the hot water supply plus the WiFi. The place is a dump!

The hotel itself was ok. The breakfast was ok and so we're the rooms. Reception staff were friendly and helpful but one night someone (I am guessing another guest) suddenly came into my room. The quickly left the room and luckily nothing happened but it seemed that he was able to get into my room with his key card. This is a no go and unsafe hence why I can only give the hotel 1 star (otherwise it would have been 3 stars) but it was very starry to think that you suddenly have a stranger standing in your room at night time.
