Great location. Great staff. Does need up dating. It is clean. Breakfast wasn't up to much egg and beans toast tea. It's free thu. If your disabled like me wasn't to good having to go up 2 flights of stairs, and another 1 to basement for breakfast. No lift. Bathroom was a tight fit, had to leave the shower door open to have shower. I will go back as location and price are good x

Really good value. Have visited a few times now and it's a great home from home.

Ok for just a quick head down at the end of a long day but room was so warm it was uncomfortable paint and paper coming of the wall bathroom hadn't been cleaned and when they say breakfast and are looking forward to something cooked toast egg and a few beans really isnt worth it

Cheap, yes. Very basic. Clean. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Noisey, especially since our room was next to reception.

Iv read some not good reviews but people need to remember this hotel is very good location and most hotels in same road and near by are very expensive I stayed in one hotel round corner with my mam (who needs a wheelchair can't walk far) we where put in basement and I was told I had to carry wheelchair up snd down the stairs going in or out room. After 5 night's I looked for nother hotel all expensive till I found Stanley hotel man on reception was very friendly helpful.

Hotel room was bigger them most Iv seen and very clean own private bathroom lovely white clean towels. Tv also in room. Free breakfast which was very nice and staff can't do enough for you excellent staff. Free WiFi all over hotel unlike most and can leave luggage in storeage on departure day unlike the hotel we stayed in days befor and had to pay 5 to leave case and was un attended in laundry room.

So people please remember what you pay and where the hotel is located. I also didn't have to carry wheelchair up and down the stairs every time I went in or out. I'd book there again if I go to London.

Very good, excellent staff, near Buckingham palace and Victoria station underground. It is not luxury but the staff is very kind

Room was just what we needed/expected clean cheap and cheerful. The breakfast wasnt great only full fat milk, one cereal and eggs? A choice would have been nice?

Bit of a confusing check-in process (didn't have my details), dodgy shower and room noisy as next to a busy road. Not the worst, but not the best in sum!

Small room, bathroom tiny, that small knees touched the bathroom door, Very dated and a strong smell of sewers in the bathroom, would not recommend this hotel only good thing was the location. Not as expected the description saying a full cooked breakfast was not offered only eggs and beans and one day only offered eggs.

It's ok, price is affordable. I recommend if you are visiting the city on a tight budget.

Had reservations for mid August but cannot travel in from USA as banned. Requested cancel/refund and they refused. They could have at least moved the reservation to 2021. Not very cooperative nor very good customer service.

Great location. Was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Short walk to train or bus station if needed. Rooms were small but ok if you are just sleeping there. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was small with a sink that can only wash a few fingers at a time (no joke). Shower was barely larger enough to wash yourself in. Did not eat breakfast at hotel.

It was full both days and I do not like to wait to sit. Found really good cafes around the corner that were excellent. Would recommend the hotel if traveling on a strict budget, but I would personally upgrade.

Very affordable hotel which is placed in the center of London. I placed my parents at this hotel for their visit in London. And I must say that for the price that they have the quality is very good. And also you have a free breakfast added to your hotel price. The free breakfast is a traditional English breakfast with coffee. Also the area is quiet so sleeping was not a problem.

Absolutely love this hotel. Staff always friendly and helpful. Have stayed here three times before and will be staying here again in march next year.

We had a comfortable stay, in a quiet room, where nothing was too fancy. The place is a little old, so are some of it's installations (our bathroom door didn't close properly). The breakfast isn't buffet and they don't offer many options (no fruits, yoghurt, oat nor cereal), but it is OK: tea, coffee or milk, toasts, jam, English breakfast. Good place for a short (couple of nights) stay.

Been there already and cant wait for our next stay in december! Basic english bfast, tidy ensuite rooms, although a little small, perfect central location and friendly staff!

We had a big family room with separate beds for kids. However, the bathrooms are a bit smaller. The breakfast is great which is served by great ladies at the kitchen. It's a very friendly atmosphere. We will definitely return to this nice & cozy place. It's true value for money.
