Rooms average. Staff excellent. Receptionist Zanan was brilliant. Went over and above to help us novice travellers to London! She was amazing. Such a lovely young lady! Restaurant staff really friendly and we had a good lark around with one of them! Can't fault any of the staff. Evening meal was really good, steak.fish etc. Plates hot so meal kept hot.
Not so the breakfast. We upgraded to full English but plates cold so most of the food was cold by the time we ate it. Overall pretty good stay. Wembley Park station very near for getting to London Eye. I would certainly recommend the hotel.

For the price I paid which was 125 for a night I was very disappointed. The hotel looks very old and in a bad condition from the outside and it looks the same inside. There were weird stains on the walls near the bed, the actual bed was okay, it was clean so that was okay. But my room was also near the elevators so I think whenever the elevator was moving it would bang on the wall with the vanity and mirror and that made me wake multiple times in the night, so I got a terrible nights.
The bathroom was okay, I didn't really use the shower as the shower head was in the wall and it didn't look very nice. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and next time I would have definitely paid a little more for a better hotel as there are nicer ones in the area.

The beds had the structural integrity of my nans left knee, and my nans a double amputee. Furthermore, the constant buzzing noise in the rooms sounded like I was in the new FNAF game also, the coffee in the morning went cold in the dispenser within 2 minutes and tasted like the underside of a cars alternator. 1/5 would not recommend to any wanting a night of sleep.

I'll start by saying that the location was excellent for our stay. Very close to the underground station and they had a car park which was useful. I was very disappointed with the stay for several reasons. Firstly on my arrival the outside of the building did not look like it did on the website. In fact, none of the photos did, the photos must have been carefully selected and enhanced as every one was misleading.
On the outside, all the facias had been taken down and it looked messy. As I drove into the car park, I was looking for a space to park and within a few seconds there was a reception lady inside the building who was pointing and gesticulating. She looked very angry, this was not a very kind welcome. It was rude and aggressive. She was instructing I drive around the back.
I followed the road around the back to park, but it was a mess - overflowing bins as I entered and big piles of rubbish everywhere including metals, wires, wood and old cupboards. I then had to walk passed the bins and rubbish around the front to enter the building. When I arrived at the front of the building there was a gentlemen sat at the entrance smoking a cigarette and he has clearly had several alcoholic drinks.
The hotel almost felt like a halfway house for ex convicts and drug users. It was a poor first impression. Inside the decor was tired and it was dirty, the couches in reception were very worn and looked old. The Mirage Bar, attached to reception looked as though it was open to the public and with sports on it had several clientele who were there for the day.
Once we received our key we tried to make our way to the room on the fourth floor. Despite pressing 4 in the lift, it took us to floor 5. We got back in and pressed floor 4 and it took us back to the ground floor. So we decided to take the stairs and this was awful, the stairs were dirty. They were concrete stairs and it was cold, the doors into the corridors were tired and carpets ripped.
The bed was uncomfortable, it had a hair on the mattress and there were stains on the walls of the room in more than one place. My partner burst into tears because she was so disappointed. Whilst we were getting ready to go out for the evening, all we could here was loud chanting from drunk football fans. It was awful and we checked out as early as we could the following morning.

This was not to up to suitable standards. The small beds cracked and were full of tin foil balls, the mattress was crunchy and broke easily. The shower had no working settings only my personal favourite.ice cold, I had to stand for minutes to adjust to the most bearable version of an ice waterfall. The shower room had blood clots in the plug hole which was extremely unsanitary to remove.
The main beds were fairly comfortable but the atmosphere of the room was unclean. The air con sprayed dust within the room and the dressing table had no chair. I would have liked more plugs for the 6 person room especially ones near to the bed. The door didn't lock from the inside which seemed concerning. The breakfast was ok but cold. It was so bad I would give you a zero but I can't do that so I give you a one.

Large room but tiny TV! The window noise insulation isn't great, the busy road outside and passers by can clearly be heard. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was fine although the shower curtain wasn't effective in stopping the floor get soaking. Free parking which in the area is a huge bonus. Staff were fine.
