Amazing hotel. We stayed in a deluxe family room and it was excellent. Good size room for our family to spread out in. 2 TVs was an added bonus. Staff were really helpful and catered for all our needs. Hotel is in a good location for exploring that part of London and with 2 tube stations a couple of minutes away if you want to go further afield. Definitely recommend it.

After a hiatus of some years (through no fault of Apex) we booked a recent offer on travelzoo and spent two wonderful nights here. The hotel is as smart, friendly, welcoming, comfortable, intimate and relaxing as it always has been. It's a hidden gem; off the beaten track and away from the chaos of London but so well connected by tube, rail and foot that it makes it an excellent place to stay in London. We won't leave it so long till the next time!

Lovely hotel but lacked amenities in the room. We had no tea or coffee making facilities and the room was quite small

Nice and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful. Since we got there early we were able to do the Checkin right away (although the rooms weren't available yet) and storage our luggage. After a day of exploring the city we quickly got our keys and luggage and went straight to our rooms.

A splendid hotel in a quote neighborhood. The rooms are large and comfortable, the showers are also large and clean. The service was good for my two nights stay. The bar made some amazing cocktails. WiFi is very fast. The only small issue I have was being asked to leave the restaurant area after 1am-ish, but I guess that's acceptable. Overall a very good stay!

I stayed there while visiting London to see a couple of shows. the room was clean with very little storage space. staff provided an adapter for power for a very reasonable price. very poor water pressure. the main reason for this review is i would discourage any traveler from the restaurant which seemed expensive for what it was and they discouraged use of the credit that the hotel gave. Overall it was fine but unsure if it is worth what I paid.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel! Amazing food from the restaurant. Not a downside, but there is a Church adjacent to the hotel that can be a little loud with the bells. But they stop I think by 8:00pm. It only adds to the experience though! Also front desk staff are super helpful and friendly! I highly recommend!

Great hotel. I had the pleasure of coming here and meeting with some colleagues here for both lunch and coffee. The hotel was extremely accommodating and the space inviting. Great food in the restaurant and great coffee and beverages in the lounge area where we met along with some others to chat and get some work done. Great experience and I will be back. Kudos to the staff here for the great treatment, even accommodating us with converters for our US plugs to power up.

Upgraded me free of charge and included a 10 voucher to spend during my stay. Room was clean and tidy, service was friendly and helpful. Location is also absolutely perfect for business and tourists. Please note though, that the hotel does have a corporate business feel to it.

Extremely nice boutique hotel. The room I had was spacious and nicely appointed. The complimentary snacks were a nice surprise and other snacks were available for purchase. The food from the restaurant was delicious. And to top it off, a cute rubber duck to take home. The Tower of London is super close as is the Tower tube station and the financial district is a short walk away, making it convenient for business trips.

Stayed at this hotel for nearly two weeks. It is a great location, right off Fleet Street, and a quick 10 minute walk to the Tube. Rooms were new, clean and decorated nicely. Bathrooms had a great shower, huge sunk in tub, and heated towel warmers. There is a great courtyard to meet for drinks, and always a lively crowd. The hotel has a great bar, and good food. Highly recommend and would stay again.

I was sent off by reception to the other building in the dark, outdoors, by myself, dragging two pieces of luggage. No one offered to help me up or down the stairs with my bags. I fell down and cracked my ankle on the stairs just inside the doorway to the building across the courtyard where my room is. I am bleeding and in a great deal of pain. The hotel needs to have a porter escort people to their rooms or at the very least have the person at check-in provide a warning that the entryway to the other building is very dangerous. I stay in hotels almost every week of the year, and have done so for 23 years. Never in my life have I experienced something so obviously reckless at a hotel

This is reasonable 4 star hotel in London. The bed, pillows and blanket are very comfortable. This hotel is located in a very quite area and not prime location. The room service is really fast with reasonable prices. The quality of hair dryer is good. The negative points of this hotel are; - slow wifi - Very uncomfortable toilet - Bad quality of shampoo, body lotion, shower gel and soap - If you ask late check out, they charge 20 per hour after 1 pm which is not acceptable from 4 star hotel. - No bellboy. People at the reception are so nice and help with luggages.

This is where the superstars stay in jolly ole. Nestled away in a cozy courtyard, one block away from mayhem-filled Fleet Street and the roar of the pub crowds.this place is perfect. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The amenities are aplenty.even a gym for diesel dudes like me. If you travel to London on vacation or business like I do, frequently, stay here. I know you don't, so just trust the superstars like me. Cheers, mate.

Great hotel, beautiful, clean and great staff! So close to everything. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience and check in and check out went quick and smooth and very courteous. We walked to all the great sights and then got a nice rest at this comfortable and accommodating hotel. We loved our duck too, and even got an extra to have for both our kids. Great experience. Thank you!

Good place for after work drinks. You get these really cool crispy Asian snacks or peanuts for free with your drinks which I love. Would recommend and come back again. I drank rum and diet cokes all night.x

Overall, really a lovely and wonderful hotel. Here's my summary: Everything is clean and well-designed. It just felt good to be there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, though perhaps a bit too cool. My room was a lovely unique shape on the top floor but was oddly lacking any sort of large mirror. My friends' room on a lower floor, in contrast, had two large mirrors but had a much blander shape and less special feel to it. It's a bit awkward that in the bathrooms, the button for the toilet flush is covered by the seat cover, so you have to put the seat cover all the way down to flush the toilet. There's not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (especially at nights at weekends) and it's a long (but doable on nice days) walk to many of London's main tourist attractions, nightlife, and business areas.

Great hotel for the location and price! we wanted something that would be nice, safe, clean, and close by to transportation. apex was a great choice for us. super friendly staff. downstairs restaurant for quick breakfast if needed. bus stop is right outside and will get you to where you need. the tube stop that we got off from the airport was a 10 minute walk. tip: don't forget to pick up and fill an Oyster card from the station. this will allow you to hop on the buses and tubes. you can always add extra money later and refund anything you don't use up to 10$.

A first-class hotel. I was especially impressed with the kind service of all the hotel staff, particularly in the restaurant where we enjoyed a tasty buffet breakfast every morning and pleasant relaxing dinners on two evenings. Housekeeping does a fantastic job -- the cleanliness of the room and the public areas of the hotel was fantastic. The hotel is located off busy Fleet Street, which makes it easy to get around London by bus.

But the hotel is set back from the street in a quiet courtyard, which provides some privacy and quiet. My only complaints? 1) Usually I don't have any problems with an overhead rain-style showerhead, but the one at Apex Temple Court was dysfunctional and seemed to spray water all over the place. I would have preferred a standard showerhead. I did like that Apex had a separate shower and bathtub! 2) The Apex duck, while cute, is improperly proportioned. The head is too big. As a result, the duck will not float upright, but rather tips over and floats with its head submerged, which is tragic. :P

Stayed here for my girlfriend's birthday. I got the luxury double room as it included Club Lounge access (including complimentary drinks and breakfast). The room also had its own balcony with a pretty good view. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and tidy. The hotel has free wifi and computer access. The location is good because it's a little bit away from the business of Oxford Street, so it's a nice quiet area.

I would highly recommend this hotel, it really is good value for money. My only issue was that check-in time was 2:30, however, we only gained access to our room from 3:15. Overall, excellent!

I stayed at apex temple court for 8 days 7 nights, It wasnt my first choice hotel for my stay in London initially. However most of the hotel with luxury quality are at least $400 and up per night and they are just not within my budget. Compare to other hotels, apex temple court's price is very reasonable due to its location because it is not in central london.

This hotel is situated on fleet street in the legal district. Its very quiet at night and during the weekend but with a bus line right outside and two tube stations close by, we never had any trouble going around the city. Also there are many coffee shops and fast food options (pret, mcdonalds, wasabi etc) around and its a 5 mins walk to st paul's cathedral and a short 5 mins bus ride to picadilly circus.

The hotel itself is very nice with very contemporary and grown up feel. I personally miss the european charm that this hotel lacks though. The size of the room is pretty big for european standard. I was very surprise by the size of the bathroom with a huge tub and walk in shower. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very quiet, I did not hear any noise from upstairs or nextdoor.

We tried the restaurant once for dinner and I would suggest to skip it as it is pretty expensive and the food was just ok. If you want to stay at a high quality hotel but not risk going bankrupt then I highly recommend this hotel! One thing to note is that public transportation is very expensive in london, we took the tube/bus everywhere from this hotel, although convenient it gets expensive, I had to refill my oyster card almost everyday during my stay and each time costs like 10 pounds. You might want to factor this in when you decide on the location of your hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the city. It's close to absolutely everything; we walked everywhere, and I'm from Los Angeles, where walking just isn't done. Plus you're on the infamous Fleet Street where older pubs haunted by writers of yore align. The restaurant in the lobby is good though a tad overpriced. And the bed is super cozy, comfy, and huge.

One thing that bugged me: Why are all the damn toilet seats in London so uncomfortable, even in this posh new place? I brought back welts from my bathroom visits. I'm not kidding.
