We stayed here on Monday night and it was super! Our twin room was clean and spacious and had amazing views. All staff members we interacted with were so friendly and helpful and our breakfast in the morning was delicious! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is comfortable but not quite a 5 star. However the staff are! So friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. Would recommend.

Massively overpriced hotel, trading on its location and lack of competition. Thinks it's a 5 star, but fails to deliver. The "bar" is in the corner of a cavernous room like a church hall, with no style or atmosphere, and the restaurant is little better, albeit the view is amazing. Food was good, service patchy, and as a group occupying a third of the rooms we were treated like second class citizens. How they can think they are a "chic" hotel as their Google entry states is a mystery. Rooms were actually very good.

Stayed here four nights and it was wonderful. Not sure if it's my favourite ever hotel - but it's close. The rooms are comfortable, albeit a bit bland, but it is the location and staff that make it. All the staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome during our stay. The dining room command terrific views across the bay. A great place to stay (albeit expensive).
