Great stay. From the minute we arrived the host was great, helped us park the car, met us with water and got us checked in quickly. Rooms were spacious, super clean and tidy. Had room 3 which had the benefit of the balcony and views over the sea. Greta location, very close to everything. Brighton is a party town so at weekends you will hear the late night revellers coming off the beach but didn't really bother us. Being in the heat wave the rooms don't have air con but had a nice big fan that was quiet and wasn't too bad to sleep. Would defo stay again, thanks for a great stay.
