The Management and Staff would like to welcome you to the Wellington. Located in a surprisingly quiet part of Westminster; The Wellington is just a short walk away from Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. It is typically English and Edwardian in style looking out over gardens and a landscaped square where cricket is played in summer months. Victoria coach and railway stations are within a few minutes walk.

Location is amazingly central. Good selection of beer and food is wonderful. The complementary breakfast with a room was massive and very good. There are no lifts or elevators but it is an old building. Our room did face the trains coming in and out of the station right across the street. This does make for a noisy stay as the trains were coming and going every couple minutes. Also it would be nice if there was a ceiling fan to have some airflow in the room.

Popped in with a few friends for a quick drink following a meal elsewhere. Haven't been here in at least 12 years and pleasantly surprised at how much bigger it looked compared to my last visit. A buzzing space with a lively clientele, we had a great time nursing our pints, chatting and generally soaking in the atmosphere. Highly recommended for an evening out!

We turned up at the hotel to drop out bag off before checking in and Mark the Manager saw us loitering outside and welcomed us in which was a nice touch and took the time to ask us how our theatre visit went when returned late Saturday night The room was very comfortable and well decorated and I had a sound sleep although my wife struggled with the noise from the revellers outside after a night out which is beyond the hotel's control.
The shower was excellent with lovely big towels and all the different soaps and hand cleansers was a nice touch The breakfast in the morning was top notch and we would recommend the hotel to others and would definitely stay again Greg (Witham, Essex)

The most comfy bed in London, lovely shower. I booked this via Expedia and maybe it's obvious to everyone but this place is a real pub, an actual pub. If you arrive late at night with kids you have to walk through the pub to check in. Opposite to Waterloo Station, Breakfast was tasty. Nice staff. They kept our bags while we spent the day in London before checking the train. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel! Great location for a base to explore, right next to waterloo station. The room was very comfortable and had the added benefit of a fridge full of complimentary drinks; Breakfast was one of the best weve had. The staff are lovely and even stored our luggage for us after we'd checked out, we'll definitely be back!

Room was basic but clean and comfortable, the pub was very noisy downstairs but we couldn't hear anything in the room so that was brilliant. Staff were very nice. The breakfast was great and included in the price of the room. Could do with a lift, my partner struggled with the steep stairs to the 3rd floor being asthmatic but I'm sure if we mentioned it when booking they would have accommodated us on a lower floor.

Nice staff and clean room. However, DO NOT book that room for work travels especially in weekends. The area was very noisy from street noise all through the night. Pub goers, homeless people, drunk people in streets and all types of noise you expect hearing in a busy central London street on a weekend night! The room was in the 1st floor and was facing the street. Really regretted booking it when I had to wake up at 7 am Sunday morning for work!

A very clean and bright pub with a good menu. Staff very polite and helpful. Food prices are reasonable for London and portions are a very good size. There are many TV's dotted around so you can watch sports. The murals on the ceiling are worth a look as well. It is a hotel and the rooms look comfortable and a reasonable price as it just over the road from Waterloo. Good choice of beers on offer.
