We were upgraded to a better room, which was great. Some of the staff are exceptional - namely Karim in reception, and Grace the waitress. Karim was polite, helpful, very cheerful and friendly, and informative, making us feel very welcome. Grace has a smile that lights up the room, and served us brilliantly, efficiently but without being intrusive.
They are both stars and a credit to your hotel. Unfortunately, we can't say the same about Charlie in the spa reception. It might help if she smiled and made us feel welcome, which she didn't. Ateen went out of his way to find pastries for us at breakfast, we really appreciated that.

An amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza Marlow! Very comfortable twin rooms with a double bed each - fabulous dinner and breakfast. The location is super relaxing with plenty of outdoor seating in the sun and the hotel decor gorgeous. A real luxury experience with spa on site too. The staff were so helpful and friendly, particularly Karim! Will definitely be back.

Thank you to reception staff who made us very welcome and were always very helpful. They were genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a great stay. All 6 of the reception staff that we dealt with were fantastic including Ali on check out. Sadly we didn't get the other names. The gentleman that checked us in was great- I think he was called Mali ( Romanian)? We would stay again. Nice walk into Marlow along the river. Great rooms, restaurant, bar, breakfast. Thank you

Great hotel it's got lots of space both in the restaurant and bedrooms. Staff are all very friendly and it has great facilities. We stayed in the club room which was well worth the upgrade very spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was great. We also used the swimming pool and sauna and jacuzzi and had really nice spa treatments. A great although the jacuzzi is a tad small. We had dinner in the restaurant they have an English and Indian menu which are very tasty.

A 5 star venue for social and business events. Luxury features throughout the modern hotel. Large open plan lounge area is stunning, with views across the lake. Large seated patio for warm day's with friends and refreshments. Spa on site, plenty of parking, excellent service from the staff. One of my favourite places to meet for work, or take my family at weekends for s treat.

Crown plaza is a lovely hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Easy to control heating. The gym has up to date equipment, pleasure to use. Spa area is nice, but looking a little dated. Restaurant had a great buffet breakfast and wonderful staff. Bridget, Amy and Marshall were wonderful and very accommodating - thanks for the surprise birthday treat at breakfast!

Apart from the long wait to check in and the so-so dinner, our stay was excellent. This was December 2021 when apparently the hotel had been recently refurbished. I must say this is extremely good, modern and tasteful. We had no complaints about the staff either. The grounds are lovely with a private lake (although you cannot walk around it which is a pity) with plentiful parking.
We also liked that it had only ground, 1st & 2nd floors not a typical high rise hotel. A little far out from Marlow centre so dining there and walking back is not really an option, but very nice for a break, to be away from the hubbub and close enough to explore Marlow and surrounding area.

Great rooms, we had a double for the family with a nice TV and the usual kettle setup seems like a really efficiently run hotel my favourite thing being the amazing breakfasts, the chef and the staff who organise this should take a bow. Really nice bacon and sausage and they have take away cups so you can grab a hot drink and take away with you. The bar looked really nice but didn't get chance to try it out maybe next time
