Stayed in the cabins which were nice. They try to squeeze you for every penny you have. Wanted to double charge me for rent one day. Most of the staff have no business in customer service. They are super rude except for Cathy and the boys that work at night, they have delivered exceptional customer service and should be commended. Nothing bad to say about the facility, it's a great location with lots of added perks. Would've given it five stars but I'm giving at three bc that's not how you treat people.

We travel often and have been in and out of many hotels and best western has always treated us with the best positive service. There breakfast are the bomb and a good 30.00 savings in itself. The reward programs and incentives are amazing and much appreciated. Thank you Best Western for making us feel at home away from home.

This is a very nice hotel. They have free breakfast and its a good selection. The lobby is super clean and so are the rooms. The room is decorated very beautiful and they actually have enough towels, most hotels don't give you enough towels. The employees were super nice and very helpful. I didn't know how to turn on the AC and the cleaning lady came in and showed me and she was super nice. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Delta Downs.
