Worst hotel in the world. Rude lazy staff (not housekeeping) no warm water for the showers rude and noisy occupants. Best of sleeping in the glove box in your car

I do not wanted give any stars, but no other option. The room was ice cold, the carpet dirty, the bed linen full with holes, there is a rusty cattle but no tea or coffee. Who would want it a drink here anyway.

Not as previously advertised. No meals - due to covid! Not even tea & coffee in room. So called garden is a building site. Wanted breakfast, so I wouldn't stay here again. Room clean, but basic & plain.

It's disgusting it hasn't been cleaned for at least a year. Can't believe people have said it's clean they must be dirty themselves, it should be closed down

Never again will we be staying here. What a flipping let down. Rooms far too expensive for what they are, fire door leading into the building dangerous. Couldn't get Wi-Fi in rooms wen we were told that we could. Rooms only cleaned once and that was basics with dirt n dust left. No double glazing so woken up at 6am due to traffic. Breakfast well. the staff started taking juice drinks away when we hadn't finished eating.

The full English breakfast was to be desired as half the time it came out cold mist of the tym n wen mentioned to the staff they moaned n wen brought back out they weren't too much better. NEVER EVER again will we be staying there n surprised they are still open for business

When we got there we were told that they had no double rooms in the main hotel, but that they had given us a room in the executive side. We walked over the drive and once you got the door open, you were confronted with stairs that were quite narrow and didn't feel secure. When we got into the room, it was lovely clean and tidy, but it was baking hot, as none of the windows had been opened, (on one of the hottest days of the year), so we opened the window, and we were bombarded with the sound of cars, buses lorries etc, as we had been put on the side of the hotel that the busy road was on.

When you walked towards the shower room, the floor was tilted, so it felt like you were going to fall over, and when you laid on the bed you felt as if when you rolled over, you would roll out of bed. I went into the shower room, which was big and looked really nice and clean, but when you went to have a shower the door was hard to open, and it leaked.

It wasn't like it was stated on the website. We decided that we couldn't stay there, as with the noise of the traffic we couldn't have the windows open, but it was too hot and would be very warm at night not to be able to have the windows open, so you wouldn't be able to sleep. We packed up and left after a few hrs. I'm sorry, but I would not recommend, even though the girl on the desk was really nice and room was clean.

Done exactly what it said it would Cheap Room was clean yet small Bathroom was clean I slept well here (our room was at the back of the hotel room 27) Yet in the morning, I wasn't sure if it was the cleaners or a pack of whaling banshees had been released up and down our corridor. honestly I've never heard such loud obnoxious people in my life. genuinely screaming down our corridor (definitely not children.even though they acted that way) It was 8:30am. So maybe have a sign saying "can we please keep it down to a low roar in the mornings" adorned each door. But apart from that I enjoyed my brief stay.
