A recently converted Georgian Town House, SilverSprings offers luxurious, contemporary-styled apartments in a quiet location just minutes away from the city centre, main train stations and Exeter University. Our kitchens are well proportioned and have everything you'd want in your kitchen at home: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, gas hobs, microwave, washing machine, sharp knives and most importantly, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits.
We offer great options when it comes to business accommodation. Ideally situated in central Exeter, we're close to the city's corporate hub and travel links like Exeter St David's and Exeter Central train stations, and only 15 minutes from the airport. Our extended stay apartments offer great value when it comes to longer business trips.
Our standard prices listed here are charged on a per-night, per apartment basis and represent our minimum off-peak tariff. If you are considering a longer term stay, please get in touch for a quote. We also have a Single En-Suite Room available that can be added onto your apartment rental or booked in its own right.
