The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Didn't feel the room gave much value for money. Booked a spa room with sauna and it was OK but no mention of the restricted height to access this and not enough mats etc. It was all very slippery and dangerous when wet. No sauna instructions despite the receptionist insisting they must be there. Shower was also really hot and we couldn't seem to adjust it so didn't use.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Came here for my boyfriends birthday and it was perfect. The staff were always so happy and helpful. Had a few drinks in the bar and they were very well made and tasty! Room was beautiful and spacious, exactly as the photos depicted. We loved it so much we tried to book another night but they were fully booked. Will definately be returning next time I need a Brighton getaway.

We stayed in the Flores room and the room was as per advertised and even better! Such a relaxing stay and already reminiscing about it! The breakfast was delicious too, so do not miss out on that! Super friendly staff. My partner left behind an item accidentally which was of sentimental value to him. The staff were really helpful and understanding in trying to locate this and mailed it back to us. Highly recommend and definitely will be coming back to Hotel Una one day. Thank you!

Perfect - everything you would expect! We had a wonderful stay last week. Silver Service with a relaxed atmosphere. An amazing experience, perfect in every way, from the delicious breakfast to the outstanding service and the fabulous decor. Highly recommended! Some hotels are so beautiful, but the staff is not nice. UNA has everything a beautiful building, perfect food, great entertainment, but all their staff treat everyone like a VIP.
They are always friendly. They give everyone a happy feeling. The location is ideal, it's where everything is. The room with jacuzzi and sauna ( inside room!) is amazing, and it's got everything. The room interior is beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Everything from checkin to checkout went so smoothly. An amazing hotel in heart of Brighton. The staff makes you feel like royals and the hotel itself is stunning.
Perfect for a couple getaway. We have stayed many times before and have always found the experience to be wonderful. This time was no different. You are guaranteed a wonderful welcome. You are treated so well from the moment that you book to the moment that you leave. Staff are really focused upon giving you a wonderful time. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are really comfortable and you can soon settle in to feel quite at home. Nothing is too much for the staff to ensure that you have a splendid time. Well done UNA!

Very quirky, arty look and feel. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff who added a very personal touches for my heavily pregnant wife (bringing out extra fruit at breakfast). Breakfast was delicious and served superbly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location perfect for going tocthe beach and a short walk away from town. Would highly recommend for a short weekend away in Brighton

This hotel truly is exceptional. They were very accommodating to us while my son was poorly and had to tag along. Our party had two rooms, I would easily stay at this hotel again no question. I would even travel to Brighton just to stay here. The breakfast is one of the best you'll get from a hotel. Best prices for us was on their website.

Stayed here for several days while vacationing in the UK with my daughter. The hotel gets major points for decor and staff friendliness. It looked great, the rooms were well thought out (although maybe a bit too tuned to millenial sensibilities.a shelf or two in the bathroom would be nice), the breakfast was very tasty, and everyone was very friendly. However, the highlight of the visit was their rock star bartender - the Merlin of Scotch.
Like any good wizard, he had shelves of arcane concoctions which he'd formulated himself, and which added the magic to his drinks. And there was no shortage of theatrics while working his spells. It's a good thing I live six thousand miles away.these cocktails are too damn good! A great experience I plan to repeat in the future.

I found myself having to visit Brighton again and missed out on a new hotel i wanted to try so thought I would give Hotel Una another go. And what wise decision that was. On arrival I immediately gelt very welcome. I was aloud to look at three rooms which was no irritation to them. I felt very relaxed. I chose the Jabba sweet which I wasn't taken with initially but by the next morning i was very comfortable.
The room is very tight in the bedroom area but not really a problem. Tips. The beds are not all Kings. The bed in Eden was much larger to the bed in Jabba which is definitely a queen by Global standards.

In terms of hotels, I'm very tough to please. I've worked in some of the top hotels in the world. As far as hotels go, in Brighton, this one is the best ive stayed in. They would have a long way to go to compete with boutique hotels in London but this is Brighton and here they reign supreme. What makes a good hotel is attention to detail.
The rooms feel like apartments which is nice although they are lacking minibars which is a shame, just having the option would be nice considering they don't do room service during the day or in the evening. Breakfast is consistently good and the front desk staff are always lovely. In fact I have yet to meet one of the staff members who is not instantly likeable.
This is very impressive because, again, I'm very critical. You'll enjoy your stay here. It's quirky, filled with random furniture, over the top art and charming staff.

This lovely 4 star hotel was a real find. There's lots of similar hotels I'm Brighton all based around an upmarket bed and breakfast but hotel Una is worth a stay. It's in an ideal location for the seafront and the town. Set in an old townhouse all the rooms are individually themed and names after rivers. All have different features which are well explained on their website.
Our room was lovely the bed was fantastic it was very quiet and had a fab deep bath in the bedroom. The breakfast was generous and a good choice and the bar had a fantastic cocktail menu. The service us individual and attentive do much nicer than a standard chain hotel. Pricier than some hotels but worth it,

I love this place. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a B&B. The decor really stands out. Very cozy lounge and bar. We stayed in the Aragon. All the rooms have different names instead of room numbers. Our room had a jacuzzi, sauna, 2 bathrooms (one with shower) and huge comfortable bed. The rug and one of the pillows in the room was made of recycled neck ties.
I have to get one of of those! SOme days we had breakfast in bed others we had in the dining area. The salmon benedict was may favorite but the full on English was close. They had a range of different fruit, juice, bread and cereal, Greek yogurt as well. I'd have to really try hard to find something to complain about. Everything was perfect.

My Mum came to visit me in Brighton recently, leaving me with the responsibility to book her in to a nice hotel as a break from the monotony of Exeter's architecture. I booked Hotel Una on the back of a friends recommendation, and what an astute recommendation it turned out to be. Complete with bar, beautiful decor and elaborate fittings, this has to be one of Brighton's nicest hotels. Una also happens to be one of the most expensive hotels, but check the website because I was able to find a 50% discount for all rooms, something I completely took advantage of.

Una is an ultra-modern yet boutique style hotel that caters for those looking for a glamorous change to your average seaside offering. All of the rooms offer something different including freestanding baths, original artwork and avant-garde furniture that work so well with the backdrop of the Regency architecture of the building. I'm an especially big fan of the colourful abstract pieces in here by artists Johanna Berger and Charlotte Davies.
There are a range of room sizes with corresponding price tags. I stayed in a smaller double room but even though it was small, the attention to detail and service more than makes up for it (and who spends much time in their rooms in Brighton anyway?). When you have an art deco brass 4 poster bed, who needs space to walk around? Even smaller touches like Molton Brown bathroom products, a DVD player and very filling breakfast made this a hit for us and well worth the 115 a night price tag.
