Pulteney House is a large, elegant victorian house set in it's own picturesque south facing gardens, with fine views of Bath Abbey. All ten rooms are en suite except one. All have flat screen Free View / Free Sat colour television, hospitality trays, hairdryer and all are centrally heated and tastefully decorated to a very high standard. Free Wi-Fi and a secure car park is also on site. Our family, provide a warm and homely welcome to all guests, and have privately owned Pulteney House for the since 1979.

Pulteney House is superb, family owned and run, very clean and tidy and packed with period features, which we love. The room was spacious and well equipped and very well presented. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options available. The staff are very nice and helpful and very informative about the area, which was superb. Off street parking is a great bonus, being so close to the city centre. We will / and can't wait to go back again, Covid restrictions allowing.

Superior quality B&B This is a fantastically located B&B for visiting Bath, a short walk to the Roman Baths and many fine restaurants and bars. Pulteney House has fantastic rooms and annexed rooms and the breakfast menu puts most hotels to shame. I will certainly be staying with them again on my next visit to Bath. I can't praise the accommodation and the customer service enough. They were very welcoming and accommodating right from our arrival. 5 star in my opinion for a B&B. and certainly better than a lot of 4* hotels I've been in.

The hotel has a great location, a short walk to town and not too far from the train station. The building is an old mansion and the rooms are large, comfortable bed, and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is quite good - they have a great number of eggs 'benedict options for breakfast as well as other choices. I'd definitely stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful, we had a two night stay in their family room and loved it. The friendly home atmosphere was so nice and they looked after us so well. The bed was so comfortable and we had a spacious room for four adults. It was an easy 10 minute flat walk to the Roman Baths and city centre of Bath. Highly recommend to all, thank you from Doherty family Australia

Really lovely here, great location. Friendly staff. Our twin room was nice, good set up with hot drink facilities, mirrors ect. Very clean and spacious en suite. Good choice at breakfast. Only negative was the cooked breakfast, was very greasy only ate the egg and bacon as the rest didn't taste right.
