Lovely couple and great service, Catharina, Jake and the dogs were very welcoming they served a nice cold continental breakfast! The Hotel Don't have a bar/restaurant yet, but will have soon which wasn't a problem at all, we really enjoyed our stay and we had a lovely walk around the hotel garden. Is a big project we're really excited to come back and see the result and we are very happy that the Hotel have been opened again. Good luck!

Stayed here for 1 night with my Husband in mid September, if we had known how nice it was we would have stayed much longer. Warm welcome from the owners/staff. Fabulous building situated beside the cycle path to Ballater and Aboyne. Beautifully styled rooms and ours overlooked the gardens and mountains. No restaurant or bar at the minute but that didn't detract at all from our stay. Def be back.
