This guest house is beautiful everything about it is beautiful rooms are excellent but unfortunately to stay here on a Saturday night was a sheer nightmare NOT with the guest house or owner but with the night-time activities outside this beautiful place the local young people outside were a sheer nightmare to us as we were unable to sleep hardly all night as they had been having a good night but along with the alcohol fuelled youngster came the shouting & arguing no though for the people staying or even living on this road I feel so sorry for the owner as she was lovely & very welcoming & it certainly was not her fault sorry but I have to be honest with my review maybe staying during the week it would be quiet at night but Saturday night is a definite NO NO if you need your sleep as I do! also may I also add I was not alone in having a very disturbed other guests were the same as I found out the next morning at breakfast.

Lovely little place. Me and my family had a few rooms here and they were lovely. It was clean, tidy and our breakfast was really nice. The lady who I can only assume owns the hotel was an absolute pleasure. I would definitely stay here again.

By far the best B&B in Newtown area I've experienced. Good, clean, comfortable en-suite room, with mini bar, iron, hair drier, hot water bottle, seriously they thought of everything. Seriously good breakfast served by a very decent and hard working proprietor. Five and a half stars.

What a gem! Having returned to my home town in nearly 20 years, this friendly and homely bed and breakfast did not disappoint. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and was very impressed with the extra touches of bathroom accessories, the selection of breakfast options and the 'home from home' feel this bed and breakfast offered. I would fully recommend this hotel, not only for good value for money, but to experience a truly personal touch. Thank you Moyra! when I return again to my home town, I will definitely enjoy staying with you. A huge thank you for your efforts. AMANDA KELLAND. PORTUGAL
