Lovely atmosphere, beautiful afternoon tea. Comfortable sofas and very helpful staff. Brilliant!

The spa facilities and buffer lunch are amazing. Had a lovely massage and facial experience with Maddie. We did the spa stay and in the evening we had an amazing plant based tasting menu, it was fabulous! Highly recommend

Really really lovely ladies who was servicing us in the restaurant this evening of the name of Emily and Susan. We've stayed here all week and they have been by fair the most friendliest restaurant staff. Whittlebury hotel should be really grateful they are part of the team!

The points I'm raising here, I raised as a complaint, as the experience was for my 50th Birthday, a friend came with me, she'd never been to WH before. I had to call many times regarding my visit and had to chase it as Dan from Guest Relations was never available to talk to on the phone. He finally emailed me a week later, not with any satisfactory responses at all and just appeared to want to bat me off without taking anything I said if consideration - this in itself is ab.

Beautiful place, clean, friendly. Has all the amenities expected.

Had a 2 night stay at what I'd say is a traditional hotel, good facilities, excellent food and drink available and very friendly and personable staff, the only real improvement I'd say would be to update the rooms, it was like stepping back in to the 90's, no real issues but just a bit outdated room wise

Recently had an overnight stay, the spa and treatments were lovely, however the service at Aston restaurant was appalling at dinner service. We waited for 45mins for our starters I was able to get the attention of one of the waitresses who went to see what the issue was, bearing in mind it was cold starters which just needed to be put on a plate, no actual cooking involved, it came out a couple of minutes later making me think the food had just been sat there.

The restaurantwasn't even busy, maybe about 15 people in total there. We also ordered dessert and again we waited for 20 minutes by that time we had had enough having been sat in the restaurant for nearly 2 hours, we told the waitress that we were not waiting any longer for a piece of cheesecake so don't bother bringing it out as we are leaving. I emailed customer services to give them feedback (over 3 weeks ago) and have not received any kind of response or acknowledgment. I would recommend the spa and treatments but not an overnight stay you would get a better service and room at a travel lodge and would be much cheaper.

Had a lovely time and lots to do. The breakfast was good and the Spa was very relaxing. Good location for doing a bit of sight seeing in London too. Fascinating History with great views.

Visited in September with my Mum for our yearly pamper weekend, having stayed here many times before, we found our stay this time very disappointing. Totally understand we are transitioning back into 'normal' living, but we found the day schedule, very regimented and not at all relaxing as were constantly clock watching. We were told several times we couldn't book another treatment until the day of our arrival, we made sure that we would get in, doing this the 'new way' which we were told, they couldn't see any problems with getting our treatments. Arrived just before our check in time and we're told there was NO availability for extra treatments.

The brunch choices were poor and not at all up to there usual high buffet style lunch standards. Evening meal was lovely and the room was clean apart from cobwebs. There were a few other issues too but when we raised our concerns over our stay, the customer service team were less than helpful, rude and basically blamed everything on covid even though restrictions have lifted.

Basically we were told that the hotel/spa is fully booked and that they really just didn't care about our stay or opinions because they have plenty of other customers. So unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel and would definitely not recommend.

Lovely venue, clean pool and heat/ice facilities. Great beauty therapists and lovely tranquil atmosphere. Much more enjoyable with guests having allocated slots in each area, as we were able to get a spot to sit each time, hope that stays!

Had a 2 day stay, brilliant, nice pool spa and restaurants. Staff very helpful and polite.

Had an amazing time here with my friends. The rooms are spacious and spa facilities were great. Very clean, the staff were very accommodating and polite. Had a really lovely treatment and time at the pool. The food wasn't as great as expected but overall would definitely recommend a visit to their spa.
