A slightly tired hotel but helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Really good value for money. I will stay again.

Needs updating BIGTIME. Room was always cold, floorboards creak all over the room. Car park was a nightmare to get in and out of through a muddy back alley

Right, no joke, and no lies. I arrived, I thought this will be rough a ready, but as I am only going to to a party down the road, it's just a place to get my head down. It is not the Ritz. It is dated. But it is unbelievably clean. I even moved the bed to plug my phone in and the smiting and behind the bed had been polished. Me and my wife stayed here for 44 with a breakfast.

The room had a fridge. And everything we needed. The breakfast was very good. Great produce. I am not sure how they make money. I would say, up the prices by 15 per room per night as it is worth it. And start the updating process. But keep up the good work. Great staff too

Quiet, good location, close to town centre so walkable didn't try breakfast as we got up To late. No bar as started on booking com decor a little dated but everywhere clean. Free WiFi was a bonus

Tremendous value. A very reasonable price for the two of us including breakfas Secure car park at the real of the hotel which is locked in the late evening. Absolutely spotless room. TV and shower fully functioning. A good hearty breakfast was included in our two night stay.t

Outdated budget friendly accomodation in a less attractive part of town near Northampton Fc acadamey.

Arrived at the hotel booked by my employer for an overnight stay due to a 2 day training course. Presented to hotel reception area. Had to check in with a book & pen used by who knows how many guests (no covid precautions). Threatened by another guest to keep quiet as they are next door (assumed jokingly but nonetheless not what I expect in a hotel lobby, also this guest was in the lobby to complain about lack of heating).

Room number 3, very drab & depressing decor throughout (the carpets look like they are from an old pub). The heating was off on arrival & room very cold. No 4G reception & wifi about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Bed was sunken in the middle as if it has had all of the life drained from it. Lamp above the bed had no cover over the bulb & it also flickered & buzzed during operation.

Entire operation needs overhauling & total renovation. My stay lasted for 20 minutes before arranging alternative accommodation. Upon checking out the receptionist wasn't phased & didn't query what was wrong & could anything be done. Feels like wasn't bothered about the fact a guest didn't want to stay in the establishment. While it's true you get what you pay for, I have stayed in far better places for less (as was my replacement accommodation)

If I could give 0 stars I would. It was so bad we couldn't bare to stay there. No parking available, rude staff, the room was incredibly depressing, vile net curtains with chairs and rubbish piled up outside the windows. Seriously, I can't understand any positive reviewers. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but I don't really think so

Excellent value for room price. Rooms are a nice size and clean has everything thing y need for a few nights stay. One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel over the years Staff friendly nothing too much trouble

Avoid like the plague. We called 4 times to confirm our booking, were told all was fine, drove for an hour to get there for a useless old man to tell us we hadn't booked. He was so rude. Never book here, the hotel looked like it was last decorated in 1930.

Usually I enjoy this hotel, everything is tired and needs updating, but the owners are really nice and will do anything for you, the breakfast is one of the things I look forward to, the Eggs, Bacon and beans all lovely, sausage left a lot to be desired, very very bland, toast was cold, but still a better breakfast than a lot of hotels do.

The hotel is just okay except there was no working heater in some rooms and no hot water in the bath to wash in the morning, toilet cover is full of urine stain from previous visitors. I have to collect hot water from the sink with a bowl to bath.horrible experience.receptionist telling me there is nothing he can do cos a visitor tap was left running.breakfast was okay. I can't book there again.not going back.

Stay here was meee. Found it smelled of dampness. Old bed covers. Enjoyed the shower. Needs a renovation work
