Very clean and well looked after rooms. Joanne is an amazing landlord that communicates very well with her tenants. Prices are good considering the high quality of the rooms available. conveniently located. It's a 10 min walk to the town centre or a 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop where you can take a direct bus to Waterside campus. Would highly recommend.
