Services
The course provides a challenge for the serious golfer and a real test for those who tend to hook and equally offers a pleasant golfing experience for all. The par 70, 18 holes (6155 yards) has a testing finishing 5 holes which holds the attention to the very end. Here the River Ore comes into play with the par 3, 14th "Burn" hole a particular feature.
Just stayed five days excellent service with pleasant staff especially Robbie and Tanya, nice clean room was well looked after, can recommend the Steak and Ale pie! Stayed at the Well Inn for one night. Was a bit worried as couldn't see any pictures of the rooms on their website. However, my daughter and I were delighted with the accommodation, clean and basic but all we needed. We had an excellent evening meal their and breakfast. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

A pleasant experience in the countryside of Dunfermline. Set in a beautiful little village which has really left a great impression on me. After visiting the sacred healing well, we popped into the inn across the well and had a wee drink and a meal. The food was hot, cooked well with flavour, and served by a helpful and accommodating chap who was very welcoming to outside visitors.
I think you have a great little establishment here and wish you all the best! Onwards and upwards fella. You be well. *i left a review on my experience of the well previously so this is my review on the Inn.

As a local, I couldn't feel more neglected. The owner (male, scouser accent) has the people skills of a hyena. He invests all of his energy into his regulars, whilst offering a cheap and artificial welcoming to newcomers.or anyone else that 'doesn't fit' the decor of this tacky slum. Fancy a nice and relaxed pub lunch/dinner? Try venturing 3 minutes down the road to Balgeddie Toll Tavern - a friendly, family owned pub, catered by genuine people who care for customer service and loyalty.
In addition, the food and menu is chalk and cheese in comparison to The Well Inn. The Well Inn is run by someone trying to 'get by', not someone trying to built a successful publican business. Keep looking for those regulars for support - you'll need them.
