Kirklands Hotel

Rooms basic but ok and bed comfortable. Windows in room need a major revamp but space was good as was the bathroom. Dinner and breakfast service was outstanding . New dinner menu introduced on the day I arrived. Mushroom teriyaki was amazing, and the raspberry mocktail and sticky toffee pud were excellent too. Portions nicely presented and were just right. Breakfast omelette was delicious too and gluten free bread was fine. Staff great too!

Wonderful meal and a varied menu. Staff were attentive and thoroughly enjoyed the night. Will be back.

Great experience. Turned up without a reservation and they managed to fit us in. Fast service and good food. No complaints, would go again. Had the wings for starters and the steak for mains with a sticky toffee pudding for desert. Parking is limited immediately around the hotel but there is a mixture of on street parking and parking across the street.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. The break was gorgeous- the most delicious granola and full English.

Lovely food and the hotel is really nice. Been recently upgraded as its very smart and new. We did not stay in the hotel.only there for a meal. Situated in the lovely country town of Kinross.

Everything about our stay here was fantastic. Staff were so helpful going above and beyond. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Food was excellent. Can't wait to rebook later in the year.

This was my first visit and I'll certainly be back. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely and cosy and the food was excellent. The team were really friendly and there were a great choice for food and drinks. Thank you!

Enjoyed an excellent meal in a very pleasant restaurant. Waiting staff were warm, welcoming and very professional. The food was 1st Class and the portions were generous. The price was very reasonable too. I will definitely come back here again.

Great welcome when we arrived. Staff were super. Food was amazing. I would recommend a visit to their restaurant even if your not staying the night. Will definitely be back for another visit.

Menu was not complicated and good choices. Staff were very welcoming, efficient and friendly. Food arrived quickly after ordering and was of a good standard. Well worth a visit.

First time at Kirklands, but will certainly be back. Great service in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Food was delicious. Recommended.

There's much to like about the Kirklands, the extremely helpful staff in particular. But there's just the sense that it's found it difficult to make the investment to keep pace, refresh and move up to very good. Room was fine, decent size with comfortable twin beds, but the single-glazed windows need some TLC. Shower presure was weak. Breakfast was good, though limited cereal choice. It's a shame, for every "really good", there's a "but."

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff and hotel owner all very friendly and kind. One employee in particular, sorry I didn't get her name, is particularly worth a mention, saved us a soaking in the pouring rain thanks to her generosity and kindness.

My boyfriend and I needed a room to stay overnight before we had to drive 4 hours north to meet with friends the next day. We were very fortunate to have come across this hotel. The service was lovely. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile (you could tell they were smiling even while wearing masks). Not only was the staff was so inviting and the atmosphere and decor of the hotel was clean and neat, but the food was amazing.

While my boyfriend was sleeping shortly after arriving there I went down stairs to see what they had to offer for food. The server recommended me with some entry choices as i was not totally familiar with their menu. Once the food was done they even brought the dinner to our room. Let me be clear. The food was amazing, I must say i was not expecting that kind of deliciousness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Needless to say the breakfast that we had right before we checked out was equally as impressive.
