Victoria Park Hotel

Booked here on a whim for an overnight stay. Good clean room with comfortable bed and good shower. Bargain price. Five minute walk into the centre of Leamington Spa. Very good breakfast.

Had lovely stay. Rooms very modern and comfortable. Friendly family service. The English breakfast is delicious.

Brilliant little BnB. Found this on a whim after a mix up at another venue and we have been absolutely delighted with the service and room. We have a large family and it can be difficult to fit us in. Victoria park lodge where very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were spotless they had a lovely garden to seat in could not fault it.

A very friendly family run business with 31 rooms less than 10 minutes walk to Royal Leamington town centre. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Only one key which is used to open the main entrance door and the individual rooms. I was worried about the security of my belongings when he said that, so I actually tried to open another room, but it didn't work

Had a family reunion, so all stayed here, really lovely people who run it, rooms comfortable and very clean, bed was very comfortable I dont normally sleep well away from home, but slept soundly what a result, breakfast was amazing, great choices to cater for all, spent 2 nights here, very happy, no complaints would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the apartment and really enjoyed it. There was plenty of space, it was very clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The traditional English breakfast was excellent. It was nice to see a b&b that takes COVID protocols and cleaning seriously, it definitely added peace of mind for us, traveling as a family with a fairly young child.

The exterior of the apartment block and the hallways looked a bit scruffy but the room it slef was very nicely decorated with everything you could need.

From arrival to departure I could not fault anything. From friendliness to cleanliness this hotel has it all. Firstly being a loan traveller it was a pleasant surprise to be able to book a single room and not pay a double supplement like so many places. My room was a good size, immaculately clean and fully loaded with everything I could want from good storage space, all the gadgets to lovely complimentary smellies.

Free off road parking and wifi and the breakfast, well I don't know how to sum up without sounding like I'm rambling. Loads of choice, all cooked fresh and even the sunny side up egg was perfect for dunking my toast! Stunning place in a great location for so many attractions. Amazing staff, nothing was too much effort and all with a genuine smile.

I felt relaxed immediately and think this is how all breaks should be whatever the time, length or reason for travel. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the Midlands. 5 stars from me. Thank you so much everyone for making my visit such a pleasure.

Very clean, powerful shower, great location, decent parking and provided us with a vegan breakfast. Was incredible value for money, recommended!

Update: breakfast was really nice and if they didn't charge me 68 for a box, I wouldn't be this unhappy. It's ok to rent a small room room but charging 68 for it is a total steal! Won't come back here again! DO NOT BOOK A SINGLE ROOM HERE! 2 stars for a place being clean. My room is a shoe box and I paid 68 for one night! Got a fan but cannot open the window since it's ground floor amd not safe. Toilet flush not working properly and you can imagine the smell in a single bedroom where I can barely move. Had to use my perfume and try the flush about 10 times! You can see the pictures, that's literally it! A single bed and a toilet. I feel like I'm in a prison cell! Will wait to see how the breakfast is tomorrow.

Great service and breakfast selection, warm and friendly staff, hand sanitiser available and staff wearing masks and gloves. Well located, near beautiful gardens great for a walk after breakfast

Fantastic, friendly family run hotel. Really welcoming, clean and minutes walk from the Beattock Town centre. Highly recommended!

Firstly, we were going to a Wedding and needed to either park up early or check-in early - the hosts were totally accommodating and helped our day to go more smoothly. The building is beautiful and has been sensitively decorated to keep the original features whilst feeling modern and clean. Everywhere was spotless! The gardens are gorgeous - we had fun playing table tennis!

Breakfast was exceptional - they catered for one of us being vegetarian and one being gluten free without any issues.the choice of cheeses, cereals, juices, fruit and yogurt thoroughly complimented a lovely cooked breakfast! The staff were super helpful and paid attention to detail. asked us how the Wedding went over b/fast the next day. ALL VERY PERSONAL AND PERFECT! We will definitely go there again as we often visit Leamington.
