The Hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the Royal Priors Shopping Mall, Jephson Gardens park, Royal Pump Rooms and the bowling green. Leamington Spa rail station, with direct trains to London and Birmingham, is only 15 minutes walk away.

Classic decor makes it feel homey. Tea tray and toiletries provided. Spacious single room was spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and pretty linen. Great breakfast choices. Lugguage storage very appreciated. As always when travelling take your ear plugs and eye mask.

We have just spent Bank holiday Monday with them and it was lovely. Great location, spotless room, comfy bed and great breakfast. Amazing for the price and such obliging people. We stay in a lot of hotels and this has been one of the best. Hope to stay again in the future. Kate and Stuart

Lovely small homely hotel, spotless hotel with a cracking full breakfast of great quality. Central to town just a few mins stroll. Would stay here again.
