A beautiful place with lovely grounds. The excitement upon arrival was sadly slowly removed. Check in was pleasant and attentive, shown to our room in the Knights Suite. The room was fairly basic and not that big. The pillows were flat and lifeless, the mattress incredibly soft, so not a great night's sleep A guide to the facilities in the room would have been good, and a guide to the coffee and how to work the machine, still have no idea if there is a difference between blue, gold and black?
The shower was a little awkward as I'm fairly tall but was hot. The towels were also small. The service in the evening was slow and the cheeseboard was the smallest I've ever seen for the biggest price. Breakfast was pleasant although we were seated away from all others with jokes made about the trouble makers, never a truer word said in jest! The spa was short and sweet and our second spa day booking didn't materialise as it hadn't been booked by the staff as promised. It was an OK stay but sadly not in a rush to return.

Fabulous hotel in an amazing setting. Only rating it 4 stars due to the food, the only options for an evening meal were a supper menu or a full 5 course tasting menu. It's a shame there wasn't something in between these options. We had the supper menu which was good quality but not what we would normally pick. Additionally this is served in a cafe area which has a refrigeration unit in it that is very noisy. The staff where excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was a basic double room but it was very comfortable for our 1 night stay.

We had a spectacular first visit to Mallory Court and will be returning. The hotel is a gem just outside of Royal Leamington Spa and we received a very warm welcome. All the staff are friendly and courteous and the evening meal was sensational. The rooms in the house are beautifully appointed, comfortable and quiet. Overall, one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.

As someone who lived down the street years prior, it was a true blessing that I was able to come back and spend time at Mallory Court. Service was UNBELIEVABLE, cannot express the satisfaction of staying at this hotel. As an American it truly brings the essence of the English countryside, and I will definitely be back. Cannot describe the great time I had, from croquet with a trophy for the winner. To roaming the gardens and having a whiskey by the fireside, would book this in a heart beat. Thank you Mallory Court.

We were only there for an evening meal. Service was immaculate. Staff proffesionally helpful They only seemed to do the taster menu which was wonderful small portions of different courses beautify presented. Having said in advance I was Diabetic I was as nervous of of the fancy food presented but was assured that maybe the beetroot was not suitable as it had sugar added, so left that.
I even was able to swap the last cake course for cheese and celery. While I expected to have a higher than normal Glucose level the next morning, I did not expect to almost reach coma levels. Fortunately I was able to cope at home and not be admitted. So please be aware that that this taster menu though looks just perfect for me it was not. It would not stop me visiting again as everything was so great but just not that particular enough choice.

Superb stay. Nothing was too much trouble for tue attentive and genuine, warm staff. From start to finish this was a trip to remember. It was perfect. We couldn't fault it. The service made you feel like royalty and the newly built spa was stunning. The food though. WOW. It was something else. A truly magical stay. We stayed in one of the best rooms and we were not disappointed. The entire experience was one to cherish. and one we'll repeat. Reassuringly expensive. Worth every penny.

I confirmed the afternoon tea booking, by telephone, speaking to Luke who was polite, charming and helpful. We were greeted on the day, at the front door, by Ollie, a nice touch and again, a reassuring touch to our afternoon. The service and attention received from all the staff during our tea was respectful and professional yet still with charm and some humour.
All the food tasted delicious, however, the scones were exceptional being light and short. Decor, roaring fires and comfortable country club-style lounges made it difficult to leave. A special observational treat, picked up by Luke when I telephoned, of iced Birthday Wishes and chocolates, was a nice touch, thank you.

Stayed at Mallory Court between Xmas and New Year. Had the best time. Staff were amazing, especially Oli who went above and beyond when we had a minor issue with heating in our room which was fixed promptly. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating especially with a gluten free requirement we had. The taster menu was delicious. Loved the Spa too! Can't rate our stay any higher. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again. Thanks all!

This place takes service and quality to the next level. Stayed there for a night and also had the Christmas taster menu. I have stayed here before and have always loved the place. The staff are extremely nice and super helpful. But the 7 course Christmas dinner blew my mind. Book it for the next Christmas now if you want to experience something special.

Why was it excellent? The staff were welcoming, professional and just made us and our dog Patrick feel special. The check in, the dinner and bar staff were all worth an excellent review. The tasting menu in the dining room was superb and pre dinner drinks around the open fire was just fabulous. There is not much hospitality in the hospitality industry sometimes, although this place had it in abundance. I can not rave about this place enough. Thank you for a lovely weekend Mallory Court, we will most definitely be returning. Chris Keen, London

Good location and very welcoming staff, but that isn't all it takes for a pleasant stay. 300 per night isn't the best value but it certainly isn't unusual. What is unusual is charging 15 per hour for pool access which wasn't made clear at tile of booking, or 6.50 for a 330ml beer. Breakfast was very enjoyable but also the smallest portions I have seen at a hotel. I couldn't shake the feeling I was being ripped off which marred an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Just returned from a 2 night say with Spa Treatments and the taster evening. We had a great stay, beautiful gardens and facilities. Food and drinks all excellent. I do have to say that Molly and Danny from the bar / restaurant are amazing also Lauren from reception, all a true credit to the company. We wouldn't hesitate in returning or recommending.

I had the pleasure to stay at the very British Mallory Court Hotel in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England while on business in the Midlands. The Mallory is a one hundred year old upscale boutique hotel in the countryside with a wonderful restaurant featuring some fabulous gourmet cuisine. After our delicious appetizers of Dressed Cornish Crab and a Crispy Duck Egg w/ fixins, a business colleague and I both chose fish for our dinner selections: he, the Pan-Roasted Stone Bass and I, the Escalope of Cornish Cod.
Both dishes were nicely complimented with a unique veggie and sauce selection. We finished our 3-course dinner with an order of Caramelized White Chocolate Mousse as well as an order of 53% Chocolate Delice w/ banana and peanut butter. Wash all this goodness down w/ a bottle of an Italian Pinot Grigio and you've won a gold metal. Five stars and highly recommended.

The Mallory Court. is exactly what you'd think of when someone says "on the outskirts of historic Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside." It's a two building facility that is the "Old House" and the newer "Knight's Suite." The rooms are up-to-date (which often is not the case in these such places), and the staff is excellent.
They have two restaurants on site, and the food is great. At the end of the night, you can sip on an extravagantly overpriced digestif, and watch the fire slowly burn. If you're going to be in the area, it's a great place to stay. I'm told the grounds are beautiful in the summer months. Why not five stars? Well. the walls are seem to be paper thin. and that's an insult to paper.
