The Hotel is situated in the centre of town, close to the High Street, with its well known Market and is designed to meet the needs of the overnight visitor and also provides excellent accommodation for those wanting to spend a few days in and around the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. The Bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building and have their own individual character.All of them are very tastefully furnished to a high standard and have Central Heating, Double Glazing, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Colour T.V., and each has its own ensuite bathroom.

The Unicorn bed and breakfast provides guests with a large comfortable bed followed by a hearty Yorkshire breakfast. Our rooms provide everything needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. We have a daily maid service for guests wishing to stay for more than one night and our sheets and towels are professionally laundered, crisp white Egyptian cotton. We welcome walkers and cyclists and hope to provide a warm welcome when you return from a long day in the Dales.

Comfortable hotel room in the centre of Skipton. The full Yorkshire breakfast was delivered to the room at the requested time and very good it was too. The coffee/tea facilities in the room were generous as well. Comfortable bed, more channels on the TV than we could ever need, good over-the-bath shower. I would stay here again.

The Unicorn is a super dog friendly b&b perfectly situated in the centre of the town and although it only has 4 public parking spaces outside you get a free pass for the long stay car park close byI would suggest you drop luggage in reception before parking. Our room was spotless and very well kitted out with sky TV, a super powerful shower over the bath, table and chairs.
Breakfast is ordered the evening before from a comprehensive menu and then delivered to your bedroom at the time of your choice the following morning, the Yorkshire breakfast and the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs were delicious We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Skipton

We stayed 2 nights in room 10. Really clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bath had a shower and shower curtain rather than separate shower. Tea and coffee provided. We took breakfast on day 1. Delivered to the room. Excellent full Yorkshire. Parking permit handed over for long stay car park other side of bus station and canal.
No more than 5 minute walk. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful. Even has Sky TV / Netflix etc. Excellent Wifi. Will definitely return as Skipton is one of our favourite pub / beer destinations.
