Town & Country Lodge

I used the pub only. The food and drink choices and quality are exceptional. Portion sizes are generous which reflects the slightly higher than average prices. The bar staff are always friendly. The toilets are always clean. Best of all, there are loads of tables and no one can book them, so you can just show up and will almost always find a table free.

First time visiting and ill definitely go again. Lovely lay out with brilliant views of the fields and golf course. I had large roast beef and it was fantastic, potatoes and veg all cooked perfectly and really tasty. The food service was so quick. Highly recommend this place.

Good pub food with a small but varied menu. Been now both for breakfast and dinner and the food was good pub grub and the staff were friendly and polite. The main selling point is the big windows with beautiful views. Good location if heading towards the airport!

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Mostly clean but a few minor areas needed attention. We only stayed 1 night whilst paying friends/family a visit but it served the purpose well and was reasonably priced compared to the bigger competitors. An earlier start for breakfast would have been appreciated, as a result we didn't try any of the food served at the inn. Would stay again for a similar visit but would possibly look elsewhere for a longer stay.

Great place to stop at on the way back from Bristol airport for something to eat. Been there a couple of times. Didn't fancy a long drive home from the airport so had a meal and stayed overnight. Feeling rested and refreshed after a comfortable night and great Engllish Breakfast, proceeded to destination fully satisfied. Large car park (you can even leave your car there to fly in and out of Bristol airport), great food, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and the restaurant has a lovely decor. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful decor and lovely views from upstairs or outside. Stopped off on the way back from Bristol airport just expecting something quick and easy before heading home. Food was served fast which was ideal, the staff lovely and friendly and accommodating. The food itself was amazing, the steak and ale pie was one of the best I've had the crust was perfect the meat tender and juicy on the inside and the chips cooked to perfection. As a freak flyer will make this place my regular when flying.

Easy check-in by calling a phone number on the wall, big car park. Spacious and clean rooms but don't expect modern luxury; you get what you pay for. Beds are firm, 1 pillow per guest, bathrooms a little tired. There is an air conditioning unit in every room and all in all it seems good value for money mainly because it is CLEAN.

Motel style, very comfortable and spacious, great value. Pub was very airport/service station ish in ambience but the staff were all really lovely and helpful and warm. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very nice place to go, very plush inside, they have lounge down stairs where you can even take your well behaved pet dog. There are also rooms available for functions and meetings. Up stairs even has a balcony with seating and views over looking Bristol and opposite a very popular golf course. The staff are very friendly, and the food is very high standard. It is place for middle and older age groups, and young families. It is a must to try. Ray

A good visit in sad circumstances. We went there for a wake and were made to feel very welcome by the team working there. It was really busy and the service was spot on. Food came, which was nice, and the wait wasn't too long, plus the prices were reasonable. We stayed for quite some time and I did check that I could leave my car there without incurring a charge, which when asking the manager, was told it wasn't a problem.

You're not sat on top of each other as there's plenty of room between the tables. The whole place was nice and clean.as were the toilets, which is usually a good sign that the whole premises are looked after. We'll definitely be returning.in happier circumstances of course
