Room was excellent value when booked on booking.com. It is a Manor house, so old building with lots of character. Bar and restaurant very reasonable prices same for the alcoholic drinks. Breakfast was good price and good quality. Fried and poached egg on request as only scrabble I the buffet. Breakfast area in the court yard with glass conservatory. Staff we friendly and helpful. Request a room overlooking the garden as it quiet and nice views Would recommend this hotel/Manor to anyone.

The hotel is an old looking building and shows much character, the interior is great and the rooms are just right. The bar (where I worked all day) is brilliant, kitted out with plug sockets and USB too. All staff members were fantastic, very helpful and supportive. Breakfast was perfect, I'm a deal guy but the hot food looked great too and great value for money. No lunchtime for whilst I stayed, but I was recommended to order in, so deliveroo did the job. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel for the cheap prize. We took the dog with us and they couldn't be more welcoming. Staff were amazing, room was spotless. Ok the room was a little bit well worn but it is a hotel si what do you expect. Plus there is a big park right next door to take the dog for a walk. Perfect hotel for taking a dog. I would give more stars if i could. For me this is a big statement as my wife informs me I am very fussy when it come to hotels.

The first hotel ever I have stayed in that only services rooms every three days! This was not made clear at time of booking or at check in. Milk, tea etc not replenished and, wash your own cups! Our bed was against a wall so only one bedside table. I had to crawl down the bed to get out of bed. Bath mat had black mould on the underside, add to that a hopeless shower. Really disappointed with our stay and certainly won't return.

Positives. Pleasant staff, free parking, generous buffet breakfast (extra). Pretty restaurant (closed). Bed comfortable. Negatives. Restaurant closed. No room service, limited menu in bar. Room dated, dark and dusty. Mould on window frame. Missing towel rail, discoloured toilet, shower ran hot and cold. When toilet flushed water came up through bath.
Room serviced once in four days only until we complained. Staff shortages. Exterior areas not cleaned. No security lock or chain on door. Noisy at times. Conclusion. This is a conference hotel and stop over for companies. Overall tired and run down rooms. Great conference facilities from what we could see. In fairness we were refunded ( still waiting ) cost of breakfast. Not however a romantic break.

Just stayed with 3 friends for two nights. As we were in town to celebrate our 40ths we came for the night life and planned to stay in the centre however all the central hotels were over 200 per night. This was significantly cheaper and just an 8 uber into town. The reason for 5 stars is because of the staff. all were friendly, helpful and courteous. Would happily stay again when back in Bristol.

Really enjoyed staying here. Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and clean, parking was brilliant and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is full of character which I loved. There are lots of references around to only fools and horses, which apparently was filmed in the carpark! Really good fun!

Really friendly and welcoming staff, happy to help. The building is lovely and is a little dated but the rooms are a good size and warm. This experience at Arnos Manor Hotel is like a palace after spending it at a great camping spot that was probably the windiest and wettest August in the entire history of England, so we are very grateful for it and the price we found it for was great too.
