I don't think you will be disappointed with a visit here as it is just a beautiful place. It was free parking when I first visited months ago which was great (although I'm updating this now as visited a few weeks back and the parking meters are up and running again couple of for a couple of hours) huge fields for dogs to run on - they loved it too! and just a short walk from the car park there is a lovely little cafe serving food and drinks with indoor and outdoor seating.
There are toilets which are also not far from the cafe. The grounds are really beautiful, I managed to walk around most of it, following the path takes you into a more wooded area which is pretty and shaded in the sunny weather. You will also come across the castle which looks like something out of a fairytale. This is definitely one of my go to happy places. The coffee is also delicious! The only thing I regret is not trying a bacon bap

Brilliant place for everything really, some nice walks up to the castle or down the windy path to the river. Dog walking is endless fun, take my pooch up here and he always comes back tired. Car parking is open from early morning, the time changes due to what time of year it is. There is a cafe, toilets, huge park, gardens run by volunteers and a museum. Also don't miss checking out Blaise Hamlet just down the road. Quaint little house

This was a lovely location to go and visit. The free parking was nice (although that is changing from November 2021) and there is a place to buy hot drinks and food from. The adventure playground looks amazing. We went to try and find the castle but it was hard because of the poor signage. I think Bristol council could use the money they raise from car parking to build a better path and put a few more signs up. All in all, it was a lovely day to spend a morning.

My 2 boys ( 16 & 14 ) and my daughter ( 12 ) loves coming here and when we visited at the start of the summer holidays they asked if we could make it a weekly thing, we pretty much have so far That is because they never get bored like they do at some parks, you have the woods to explore and the castle itself to find within them as well as caves and other hidey holes.
You also have the 2 parks which are both a good size and it caters for toddlers all the way up to teens and even some adults lol. There is also a museum which is free to visit and of course the vast amount of green space to play games or have picnics etc ( there are also a good amount of built in tables with benches for people to use. My only quarrel was paying 12 for ice creams from the ice cream van, I had already promised the kids before I got hit with the eye watering price and this isn't the fault of blaise Castle itself who are very deserving of 5 's

Adore this place! Have such a wonderful time every visit. The park is good, lots to do for all ages, the cafe is great and the staff are lovely. The toilets are very smelly and dated but can't complain for free use really. The stream is lovely, car park clean and tidy and also free, just an all round wonderful place to visit. Bring a picnic and you can spend the entire day there on good weather!
